Additional Information

The Old Town of Kraków, having fortunately survived World War II, offers you the chance to experience the atmosphere of the time when it was the heart of Europe’s largest nation. Arrange a city tour to discover why it was one of the first to be listed on UNESCO’s Heritage List, a journey that hasn’t changed substantially from the Middle Ages! Ideal for first-time visitors to Kraków, this tour provides a broad overview of the city.

PLEASE BE AWARE that by booking this tour, you’ll be partaking in our standard free walking tour (a tour where it’s up to the individual to determine the guide’s tip). In this instance, the cost you pay includes the reservation fee and compensates the guide.

  • A maximum of 35 people per tour
  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Please note that booking this tour you will be joining our general pay as you wish tour (tour in which it is up to the guest how to reward his or her guide). In this case the amount you pay covers the reservation fee and the guide’s payment. If you wish to join a smaller, private tour let us know and we will organise it for you!

Do this on the first day if you can as they will give you lots of ideas of places to travel - An amazing tour ny Jack (or thats how I remember his name in English). Highly recommended and a great way to get your bearings of the city so I would suggest to do it on the first day. Jack was funny, answered everyone's questions and generally was just very very good!

Experienced Krakow in a great way on a cold day - Great tour. The guide was knowledgeable and told in an entertaining way. The weather was cold and we stopped at a cafe where the guide continued with information about Krakow. Nice feature on a cold day.

Precisely what a walking tour should be! - When Emil started the tour by saying that the tour would include walking and a talkative guide (walking + talkative = Walkative), I knew I had booked a great tour! There’s nothing worse than a tour guide who skimps on the commentary and appears bored. That was not the case here. Emil’s commentary was engaging and this experience gave my friend and I a ton of background on Krakow. I thoroughly enjoyed this walking tour and recommend it without hesitation.

Great city tour - The tour was really well done for learning about the city or about Poland in general. I had originally booked the tour in English, but was able to switch to the German group on site at my own request. The guide Max did a great job, told us a lot from his perspective and made it a tour that you still want to listen to after 2 hours :)
