Excellent - Our driver was Kamil. He messaged us the night before to confirm the details. The pick up on the day was on time. Kamil is a great guy, and extremely helpful. Pick up from the zoo was on time, and we then asked to be dropped off in the old town province, not the hotel. We were dropped off at the castle. It was ideal. We can thoroughly recommend this company. It was excellent.

Brilliant zoo - Excellent zoo loved it recommend a visit. Good selection of animals and nice staff it's great for a day out.

Great experience - The driver (Maciek) was great, he told us about the history of the city and really knew his stuff. The zoo was great, absolutely huge and took us 3 hours to see everything twice. Would highly recommend

Krakow zoo great experience - Me and my partner had a wonderful winter trip to the zoo. We booked with the company thousand miles and had the pleasure of being hosted by Marek. He made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful as he recommended many other nice places in Krakow that we could also enjoy. Marek was also on time to pick us up to and from the zoo which is amazing. Overall great experience.

Family trip to the zoo - Tomek our driver was incredible, he was friendly and offered us great tips for our time in Krakow. He was on time in picking us up and his English was fantastic! We had the zoo to ourselves which was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend and would recommend Tom to anyone I know!!! 10/10 for us

Fun family day out. - We had a great day taking Into account weather this time of year can be unpredictable we had dry weather right up until the last half hour. The sun was out for hours also and the animals was all mostly on show and looking healthy and lively. The layout of the zoo is very good the staff are friendly and there is plenty choice of animals , toilet facilities places to eat and drink and buy zoo bits and bobs etc. It's a good day out and very affordable either turning up at the gate and paying or via trip advisor I paid mabye £82 for 3 of us to go plus hotel pick up and drop off as well and we was a good few miles away from the zoo. If you can drive or want to take a bus or something it may be less still.

Zoo trip - Zoo was amazing, very clean we went early on the morning so it wasnt too busy. Highly recomended. Our tour driver Marek was amazing very helpful with recomendations on where to go on the afternoon after the zoo places of culture and intrest. Highlighted other tours available to us. Very knowledgable and humourous, really nice to have a driver who was wanting to interact with the guests and took time to find out about what they wanted.
