An excursion to recommend despite the heaviness of the subject. - Very good service. Perfect organization. Very competent guide. Auschwitz is a must, even if it is hard. You have to see it to become aware and not forget.

Good but would prefer a slower pace - Good but felt it was rushed and we didn’t get time to read the information boards or reflect on the experience. The tour guide was very knowledgeable but hard To understand so we felt Like we missed a lot of the information.

Very good tour. Our only complain is the reschedule from 1pm to 7am. - The tour was very good. Our guide made us travel in time and image how it was to live in the concentration camps. Guide from AT Cracow was also very nice and allow us to go with them from Auschwitz I to Aushwitz II. Only negative point is that they rescheduled out tour from 1pm to 7:20am, what caused us some inconvenience.

Terrible Experience with the company, cancelled booking last minute - Company confirmed booking then 2 days later changed it to pending. I booked this tour 27 days prior to the date of tour. Following several back and forth messages, they would not tell me what the problem was. A week prior to the tour date, I received confirmation and got the tickets sent to me. One day later I was notified that my tour was cancelled! What a terrible experience!

Terrible and unsatisfying service - extreme dissatisfaction with the tour services provided by your agency during our recent trip to Krakow. We booked two tours with your agency for the Saturday and Sunday of our weekend stay, specifically scheduling them for the afternoon to accommodate the needs of two individuals with certain conditions who were unable to participate in early morning activities or multiple tours in one day. Unfortunately, upon our arrival on Friday afternoon, we received an email notification stating that the tour scheduled for Saturday afternoon had been cancelled due to reasons beyond your control. This cancellation significantly disrupted our plans, as we were unable to rearrange our schedule with yourselves. Despite contacting your agency and explaining our situation, we were met with inflexibility and offered only a full refund as an option. This forced us to hastily arrange alternative plans for Sunday morning as this was the only tour time left available for that weekend, we requested that we do the salt mines on the Saturday afternoon instead of the Sunday which was also declined by yourselves which resulted in one member of our party being unable to participate. Furthermore, by the time the Sunday morning activity concluded, it was logistically impossible for us to make it to the second tour scheduled for that afternoon, as it would have been too strenuous for our group to undertake two tours in one day and to get there on time. When we inquired about the possibility of rescheduling the Sunday afternoon to a different day to mitigate the impact of the cancelled Saturday tour, but we were flatly denied this option by your staff. To compound our frustration, we later discovered that other individuals on our original tour had their trips rescheduled to the following morning without any issue, whereas we were not offered this option. Consequently, we were forced to incur additional expenses by booking alternative activities for the weekend and ultimately missed out on the second tour we had originally planned and paid for. This experience has left us deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by your agency. Not only were we inconvenienced by the cancellation of the Saturday tour, but we also felt unsupported and neglected by your staff in our attempts to find a suitable resolution. Lack of flexibility in rescheduling options.
