Excellent Customer Service - Visited Austwich/Birkenau and did a tour of the Jewish Qtr on the 7th and 8th March, all booked through Viator. Met thee most wonderful tour guides. Their wealth of knowledge / information was overwhelming. Their customer service was second to none. I rec'd a text on the eve of our Austwich visit to confirm pick up time at my accommodation. Our pickup was on time. Our driver was excellent (whom unfortunately i cannot remember his name) once he had picked up all for the our tour, he explained how the day would pan out and then played a video of the history of Austwich to watch during our journey. This video truly set the scene to our tour. Our tour included the salt mines. We were supplied a lovely luch before making our way to the saltmine which was very tasty. A roll and a pasta salad and a chocolate biscuit bar with water. Our driver was professional, helpful and friendly showing great patience whist ensuring everyone was informed throughout. The following days tour of the Jewish Qtr was again a very informative tour given by a great guide who had a wealth of knowledge and a very friendly manner. I would highly recommend Viator and wherever I travel I will book with them without hesitation.

Brilliant - Brilliant driver- Mirek- , very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant! The trip itself is a must see- the fact we can stop at the pharmacy operating in the ghetto during the War as a major plus we weren’t expecting. Would reccomend the trip and would definitely recommend aviator. Thank you Mirek

All the tour was excellent - It was a fantastic tour. Our guide driver was excellent with a in dept knowledge of what happened during ww2. His accent was so easy to listen to and understand. Unfortunately we can’t remember his name. If this helps get him a much deserved pay raise he drove a white electric vehicle he lived in Canada for a few years.

Fantastic guide - Our guide was fantastic. Very knowledgable, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. He was more than happy to answer all the questions we had and gave us so much information it really was a brilliant trip.

Mrs - Fantastic informative tour. Not to be missed. Our guide was super. A must see in Krakow. Jewish Quarter very sad but Interesting part of the city. See all the buildings and area where the movie Schindlers list was filmed

Driver was very informative - Schindler’s factory is not what I thought it would be. The driver was very informative during the tour.

Worthy but bitty - I found Schindler's Factory a strange experience. It is comprehensive coming a detailed account of Krakow during WW2. But the panels about Schindler appear to be designed to make it hard to read and if there is someone standing in front of them it is near impossible. And that's the same throughout. Lots of detailed content which is really difficult to read if the museum is busy. Loved the tour of the Ghetto and Jewish Quarter. V. Informative guide.

Bus never turned up - Stood at pick up point but there was sign of bus and no one phoned to say what was happening with bus

Disappointed - We had the tour booked for 11am but nobody came to pick us up from the meeting point . I rang the contact number numerous times but nobody answered and I sent a message to the tour operator through trip advisor , again no response . There were another 4 people waiting who were also trying to establish contact . In the end I walked it to Schindlers factory myself and paid for a electric car to take me around the Jewish Quarter and ghettos . The guide driving the car was very good and informative . I have requested my money back via Trip Advisor
