- Church on the Rock (Kosciol na Skalce) - Saint Michael the Archangel and Saint Stanislaus the Bishop and Martyr Basilica, also known as Skałka, which means “a small rock” in Polish, is a small outcrop in Kraków atop of which a Pauline monastery is located, a place where the Bishop of Kraków saint Stanislaus of Szczepanów was slain by order of Polish king Bolesław II the Bold in 1079. This action resulted in the king’s exile and the eventual canonization of the slain bishop.

A beautiful afternoon - Arthur our guide was just great, he showed us everything and allowed us to visit.
Superb afternoon thank you.
It is also a magnificent city, filled with quite a painful history.
Magnificent churches, synagogues...
Many young people work there
I highly recommend this golf cart ride.

A must-do visit - Visit of the city and its history, tour in a golf cart, superb visit Arthur our guide knew how to take the time and stop to take photos, especially not to be missed... We went through guetyourguide never disappointed so far citytourkrakow. Com a great visit not to be missed

City tours - We took two tours. Ine of the Jewish quarter then another covering the ghetto and old town. Bumpy ride at times but the drivers were knowledgable and friendly answered additional questions 8ver and above the audio . It gave us lots of insight into what we wanted to go back and see.

Great trip - Only thing that would improve this would be a glass roof. There are a lot of tall buildings and difficult to see some things.

Worth the time and money! - We like getting the lay of land and some general history of a city we are visiting. Helps us decide where we want to do further exploration, see distances to those places, etc. This golf cart ride was perfect for that. Only complaint was we were told to arrive 15 minutes before the 10:00 departure, which we did. There was one other person there at that time and another couple came shortly after. By 10:10 when no driver was there, I had to call and was told he would be there in a few minutes. When he showed up, he said he was picking up just one person and they started to drive away. So, I called again and was told that our reservation was for the next day, however, it was for 10 o’clock on that day, as was the other couple’s. I was told a driver in a green jacket would be coming. He was the one that picked up the one guy and I saw that he was stopped just ahead so we walked over there and he was on the phone now. I guess he was told of the mix up and told us to get in. After that, we enjoyed the tour.
