Professional, reliable and most enjoyable experience - Fantastic trip and experience exploring Chochołów, Zakopane, Gubałówka and the thermal baths. A small group travelling with the most lovely guide and driver Maciek who attended to all our needs. I really enjoyed the extra mile the tour company has gone to and the professional communication with the tour operator all the way through. The price of the trip was the most competitive compared to much more expensive tour operators providing exactly the same service. I highly recommend it.

Worth the money - The tour started on time but just be aware to follow the time on the whatsapp msg or email and not the one on getyourguide cos they sometimes change it. Janek, our driver/tour guide, was very easy to talk to and very accommodating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 10 hours was just enough to see Zakopane and have a dip in the thermal baths without feeling rushed. The cheese tasting was very good! I recommend this tour to everyone looking for something different to do and see while in Krakow.

Loved our trip and recommend Janek as a guide - Janek was a great guide, he talked to us about the history and politics of Poland. He left us to do our own thing at the stops and was there to help when and if we needed?

Hot spa - Our driver Michael was great. Gave us all the information we needed as well as cultural information on the drive along the way. Tour was well organised, on time and professional aswell as fun. This tour also had the perks of queue jumping due to their excellent organisation.

Well organised and worth it! - There was so much packed into this well organised tour. We had a brilliant day out and we highly recommend it. I won't say too much because that would spoil it! If we did it it again, we would include Snowlandia snow maze in the booking. We ended up buying tickets when we got there anyway!! And we would bring an inflatable ball for the thermal water park! Apart from that, just go with the flow and enjoy the trip!!

Couples day trip - The places you visit were just beautiful! Journey time about 2 hours there & 2 hours back. The tour Gide stopped half way for the toilet and a snack at a petrol station. We stopped for mountain cheese which was a bit like a Smokey Halloumi, very nice. Beyond stunning view at the top of Zakopane! What a stunning stunning place. Feel so lucky to have been there. The cable car was organised chaos but the view made it so worth it. We got 2 hours to explore, looked in some little nick nak shops and then found a spot in a bar outside with the view. Had a beer with the breathtaking view. The thermal baths were such a good way to end the day. We found the bar in the outside bit and spent the rest of the afternoon getting wasted and then slept all the way home 😂 we got 3 hours in the baths. There is also a restaurant and bar inside if you didn’t want to spend that amount of time in the pools. Overall great experience. Lovely places and lovely tour guide.

Great tour to Zakopane and the thermal baths! - We had a great time on the Zakopane tour with Casper our tour guide, who was very friendly. He let us know what was what, and provided information on the different places we visited. We were picked up at our hotel at 8am, and it was ~1.5hrs to the first stop, which was a nice little village and church, ideal for a small stop. Then we went traditional cheese tasting afterwards for abit (very nice). After we went to Zakopane and the mountains. The cable car was ideal for visiting the top of the mountain and having a drink with the view. Zakopane is the little village at the bottom, which is nice to walk through, get food and look at different stalls. This was one of the longer stops as it’s a nice place to stay around for abit. It was also snowing when we went which made it feel even nicer, with Christmas trees still up too. It is cold though so you definitely want to wrap up in Winter (we went at the end of January). Finally we went to the thermal baths, which had indoor pools/ jacuzzis etc and 2 outdoor pools. The facilities were also very clean. We had a good amount of time here to chill, perfect for getting a drink afterwards before you head off if you don’t get one at the pool bar! It is busy however, but the number of pools meant it wasnt a problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our tour, lasting around 10-11 hours, and would definitely recommend it if you like a full day out doing stuff. It is alot of driving but that is to be expected, and the places make up for it 100%. We also stopped off there and back to break it up for us which was nice. Thanks a lot, especially to Casper for making it a great day.
