- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - The tour’s first segment takes you to Auschwitz I, the original main concentration camp. Here, you will gain detailed insights into the camp’s establishment, early history, and significant events that occurred there. This site also features the main exhibition section, offering a comprehensive understanding of the camp’s history and its impact.
- Auschwitz-Birkenau - After a short 15-minute break, the group moves to Auschwitz II - Birkenau, the second part of the tour. This section provides a deeper understanding of the scale and significance of the events that took place there. The atmosphere during this part of the tour is more contemplative and reflective.
- Krakow - After completing the sightseeing, there will be some leisurely time to visit the bookstore or relax in the café. Following this break, the driver will return you to Kraków, bringing you back to your original pickup location.

Touristico perfection - This was excellent from start to finish and so slick a service. We were kept informed of pick up times and our Daniel was an absolute delight, friendly explained everything clearly and drove sensibly and well. The guide on the tour was exceptional and the tour although harrowing something everyone should do. We were so impressed with Touristco we booked directly withe them to go to the salt mines the next day. Again excellent clear instructions, great driver Mario and a great experience. Would recommend highly.

Family visit for a 70th Birthday. - Daniel was very informative and knowledgeable. he was able to answer all of our questions on the drive and made it a very enjoyable journey. He was very polite and courteous and responsive to our every need. Thank you so much Daniel. (Aged 46-74)

Must do tour when visiting Krakow. - A must do tour on your first trip to Krakow. The tour itself is undertaken by the museum with the operator providing the transportation to both Auschwitz and Birkenau and back to our hotel in krakow. Peter arrived on time and the journey was very comfortable. The tour itself was very thought provoking, the guide providing so much information facts and figures, delivered clearly with conviction. It’s a long tour 8 hours we could have done with more than a quick 10 minutes for food (due to the Auschwitz guide being a little late) but would def recommend.

Guide - Friendley and professional from the pickup,

Well worth a visit - Excellent trip and well worth a visit.I had been warned that these trips do start early but the driver Daniel was perfect, picking us up at the hotel at exactly the right time and also being where he said he was going to be at every stage during our trip and returning us to the hotel.We were picked up at 0550 and was on the 0730 tour and we were back at the hotel at 1230 meaning we could fit a boat trip in during the afternoon.

Great visit - I had a fantastic experience with Touristico Cracow today! My driver, Jakub, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and made the whole trip really enjoyable. He shared great insights along the way and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
