Trip - Fantastic driver in Simon S, who was accommodating and picked us up/dropped off outside our hotel door. Day went without any issues.
Must do trip when in Krakow.

Highly Recommended Guided Tour with Igor - The tour was very interesting, insightful, and deeply meaningful.
Our guide, Igor, was very professional throughout the tour. He answered all our questions and explained the events clearly and with great knowledge. His English was very clear, which made everything easy to understand, and we learned a lot.

Fantastic yet shocking and sad - Great experience that's a must do when visiting Krakow. Great communication after we made the booking, receiving regular updates on timings etc.
Our driver Peter updated us on pick up times on the morning of our trip and arrived at the exact time. He was very friendly and polite, telling us all the information we needed to know to enjoy our day. The transport vehicle was very comfortable too.
The Auchstwitz experience is something we will never forget, a very emotional and somber day.
Definitely recommend this company to provide a comfortable and enjoyable trip.

A very humbling experience - I booked this trip through booking.com.
I booked for two people with hotel pick up and drop off and ot cost less than £100 for both of us which I thought was a very good price.
Our driver Simon S was very punctual and greeted us at the door of our hotel. He was very accommodating, he explained everything in great detail and ensured everyone was comfortable throughout the journey. He took care of our tickets and ensured everyone had the correct ticket before admission. The whole trip took approximately 7.5hours including the journeys to and from both camps and our hotel.
The taxi sat 9 people including the driver but once we were at the camp we were in a group of 25 with our guide who was very knowledgeable and gave us a host of information.
As you can imagine the atmosphere was somber as this is a very sobering experience albeit a very humbling experience and I am extremely grateful I got a chance to experience it.
This trip is probably best for people who have no mobility issues as their are a lot of stairs and we covered a lot of ground in the time we were at both camps.

Quality service all day long - Quality service all day long
From my text from Daniel, the driver in the morning, to being picked up 10 mins early. Other guests were picked up and we made our way to Auschwitz 1 and 2
I ordered a packed lunch which was value for money.
Daniel and the tour guide were very helpful and explained exactly how the tour would run
The tour guide had knowledge on the 2 concentration/extermination sites
