A good place to you understand The Holocaust - It was a terrifying experience! Finally, I understood the horrors of the Nazi regime! The organization of the tour was excellent, because Olaf is extraordinary! He helped us a lot, because he messaged us the day before, to indicate the meeting place. He waited for us in the parking lot at Auschwitz and introduced us to the guide, then accompanied us to Birkenau. Olaf is a professional, to whom we thank and whom we recommend!

Visit to Auschwitz - Visiting Auschwitz was the main reason for visiting Krakow, this company was fantastic in supporting this to happen, friendly team, very punctual, also keeping us updated with the plans, the tour guide was exceptional with his knowledge and obvious passion for the sharing of the history, his respect for the history was palpable. We will definitely be recommending this company to friends/family and I plan on returning with my husband so will be making plans through these.

Well organised trip! - Heartbreaking, eye opening experience & wouldn’t have been such an experience without our tour guide Michal! He was very informative and sensitive. Our driver Peter also made the experience much easier as he was constantly communicating with us and we got to go in within 5 minutes of being there due to the company’s excellent organisation. Highly recommend tours with this company - especially this one as we only booked last minute and were still accommodated.

Pickup was much earlier... - Pickup was much earlier than expected (6 am) and arrived at the busiest time for museum entry. The queues were very long compared to when we left. I felt that a later tour entry would have made for a better experience. Tour guide was knowledgeable but was sometimes hard to understand/spoke fast. The museum tour was well organized but they really push you through quickly. I didn't feel like I had adequate time to really absorb the historical and emotional importance of the site as we were rushed from place to place. I would still recommend this experience to anyone and everyone, lest history repeat itself. Remember that this is not only a museum, but a memorial. Dress appropriately. It was nice to see so many people respectfully wearing black, but also saw many tourists in jean shorts, etc. No selfies allowed. It was disheartening to see so many tourists happily posing for pictures with Birkenau in the background. This is the site of mass murder, not Bali. Be respectful.

Fantastic place to visit - Well worth a visit. Makes you stop and think. took loads of photos of the boards to digest later - as the guide gave so much info, I was overflowing. Tour company changed the pickup from hotel time the day before from 9.30am to 13.50 via whatsapp, so make sure you check your messages. Person using whatsapp came across was a bit rude/blunt, I think that's in the Polish nature. After reading reviews of different tour companies changing times / cancelling / long waits to get in, apart from the change in pickup time it all went OK and was relieved the trip took place, got back about 9ish

Good however a very early start - The tour of the camp was moving and thought provoking. The guide was very good and helped put may things into perspective. The organisers are selling 9:30 pickups and tickets when in reality they don’t do this time. They pickup at 03:30 and get you in the queue for 6:30, so they can get early tickets on the day. You get a text about the time change mid evening the day before!

This Company - No recommendation - Booked a tour to Auschwitz in JANUARY which had to be paid for immediately. Recommendation we received about "guideskrakow" The day before our departure we received a cancellation via WhatsApp from the company Justification: long and wide... u.a. the museum is closed including Friday 25.4.2025 (due to the "March of Living") and problems with the museum etc. Consideration: You only know such an event a day before...hmmm...??? For documentation we were sent a photo (which, as we later found, does not stand for this cancellation there but "in general" i.a. as soon as it comes to an end with the capacity / allocation of the day tickets) Once at our hotel we asked for an alternative. We got two seats at another company for Saturday 26.4. On site, we then inquired at the counter AND the guide of the Museum Auschwitz whether it was closed on April 25, 2025 - this was denied, it was regularly open. Conclusion: LIES on the part of the Company, as well as from guideskrakow, who confirmed this. We got the money back BUT the pro rata visa expenses for the foreign currency PLN did not So strongly advise against booking anything from here !! Apart from everything: It is best to make this tour "individual" (e.g. Uber book there and back), you have to "queue" as a day guest anyway - also with GetYourGuide I heard - and there are daily more than enough guided tours in any languages you can choose on site. Described "included admission" on the website of a company does not mean that you have to queue for tickets !! The driver then buys these (as with us) at the counter. If you have an ONLINE ticket, you can enter 30 minutes before the booked time/guided tour at a specially designated entrance. There's a co-worker standing with a plaque where it says: 10:30 e.g. - then nothing like pure...:-)
