- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - Upon the arrival to Auschwitz Museum our tour leader will introduce you to local expert guide. During the tour, you will learn about the history of the largest concentration camp complex from World War II. You will have a unique chance to see objects of everyday use belonging to prisoners, as well as their personal belongings. A local guide will take you to the gas chambers and original barracks.

SUPER! - We took the tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and The Salt Mine on March 2, 2024, two must-visit places on a trip to Krakow. Everything was managed in a well-organized way, very convenient because they pick you up at the meeting point and precise instructions are given at each stop. We found friendliness, professionalism and punctuality. The driver Paweł was fantastic and proved to be super helpful, precise and smiling. Thank you!

Superb. - We did two trips with Magnetic Tours and would recommend them to everyone. A thoroughly professional company, easy to speak to, very helpful and knowledgeable. We were totally at ease with the tour arrangements, punctual, clean, reliable vehicles and English speaking guides. They keep in touch via text message or mainly WhatsApp.
The self guided tour is good as we had done a guided tour in the past and we were given a book and were free to view what we wanted at our own pace.

Very well advised, very well driven, very well supported. - We received very good advice in the office. We were also driven directly from the hotel to the central bus stop. The buses were modern and very clean, the drivers very friendly, competent and careful. The tour guide (Peter) was very competent, very friendly and accommodating and (especially on this tour) very sensitive in his dealings with the travelers. Enough time was planned.

Nice experience - Beautiful experience. Everything went according to plan, even if it wasn't clear that the signed tour means that the guide is only in English and that for those who don't know English there is a booklet where they can read the information. I would recommend clarifying this point better. I didn't give it 5 because there was one thing I didn't like. The guide was rushing a bit too much!
