Excellent - We had a fantastic tour organised by Super Cracow tours. Picked up from our hotel on time, our guide Mario was great and kept everything running like a well oiled machine. Everything was kept to schedule. Although the tour was very sad it was certainly worth doing. Thanks again.

Emotional but important - Excellent service. Informative and helpful guides, would highly recommend. Pick up and tour times were as given, no waiting around for buses or tours and the guide on our tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was brilliant.

Ideal transport and German-speaking tour guide - a clear recommendation - Pick up and transport between stops was ideal. The German speaking tour guide was very professional, took enough time for everyone and you could always ask questions and always get the best answers. A clear recommendation!

Was worried because some of the other your reviews but definitely recommend - We were very worried after hearing about people being changed to a 3am pick up and queuing for hours. We booked the pick up with guided tour and queue jump tickets. It all went really smoothly and ran to time. Our pick up time was confirmed over 24 hours before and had only moved by 30 minutes. Our questions were answered quickly by message and pick up location tag sent. Our guide Conrad was knowledgeable and friendly. Our 2 teenage sons were engaged throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing Super at all - Booked to go to Auschwitz with this company, chose a 10.30am slot, got a confirmation to say pick up was 5.30am. We went to bed early and was tgere at the meeting point early..after 10 mins of waiting a bus from this company turned up said our names wasn't on the list and wouldn't let us on..told us to wait for the next one ..after 30 more mins of waiting innthe cold we decided to give up ..a woman was on the phone next to us almost crying begging a company to come pick her up, clearly common practice for these coaches not to turn up. We contacted Super Craciw and was told our bus had turned up, it didn't, we were there. The whole meeting point is chaotic, buses turning up all over, people running up abd down as no idea who's bus is who's. We contacted super cracow for a refund and have been ignored. They massively inconvenienced us as it was our last day and we didn't get to see Auschwitz which was part of our plans . Terrible company, spoilt the last day of our trip ..

Never ever book a trip here never ever - Never ever book a trip in this company. They are cheaters. Cheaters for trips to Auschwitz and all other tours. They never pick u up on time or they dont come on time. They dont have tickets for Auschwitz and sell you free tickets for that you have to stand in a queck from 0300 in the morning. Dont do it.

PLEASE READ! The bus left 5 of us at Auschwitz and never returned. - WARNING: The bus abandoned myself and 4 others at Auschwitz without any sort of communication! And no - we were not wasting time or running late. This is not a joke and I wish it was. This really happened to me on September 18, 2025. Context: Due to high ticket demand, our expected tour time was pushed from approximately 12PM to 2PM - I do not blame Super Cracow for this, as it is a matter outside of their control. However, the bus coordinator (Sebastian) must have been in a rush to get back to his home or something. Others on the bus managed to get tours at 1PM, but we were assured that we would gather all riders before taking the 1.5 hour ride back to Krakow. What happened: As the 2PM tour concluded around 5:30PM, we followed instructions and went straight back to the parking lot only to find that our bus was gone - my backpack and all. As you could imagine, this is quite scary for a foreigner as I was not given a WhatsApp # for the bus coordinator, and Super Cracow customer service is only available via chat for those with only a data plan. My phone was almost out of battery, I no longer had my backpack, and I had a train leaving for Prague later that evening. We stood there in disbelief, frantically trying to figure out what to do. Thankfully, a different guide happened to overhear us talking and had extra room on his bus to bring us home - without his help, I don’t know what we would have done as we were so far from Krakow. When asking for a refund, Super Cracow offered me a 15% refund for the horrible experience and I told them to keep it - I’ll just write this review. My advice: Please keep in mind that I have zero incentive to make up this story or write this review. This experience is unfortunately what I will remember most about my time at Auschwitz and Poland in general. PLEASE book your Auschwitz plans with a different company, even if it’s more expensive. It’s not worth risking having the same experience that I did with Super Cracow. I still can’t believe they did this to their customers.
