Was a little disappointed... - Was a little disappointed that we still had to qué into Auschwitz when we had our tickets. Apart from that the trip was great.

Museum is very moving but organisation and admin is very poor - The Museum is a very moving experience that I would recommend but be aware that it was a 4hour queue to get in. My expectation was I bought the tickets online via Tripadvisor and these would give us direct entry. These got us on the transport to the museum then we had to queue and then you get the entry tickets. Also be aware you need to take photographic ID to get your tickets as they have airport like security on the facility. I believe that with a guided tour you don’t need to queue for 4hrs and can get immediate entry but these were all sold out when I tried. Also be aware of time changes, I got an email around 7pm the night before to tell us our bus departure had changed from 12oclock to 9am, lucky I’d checked my emails that evening

This is a long tour.... - This is a long tour. Pavels does a great job of educating in a very respectful way. Prepare to be gone all day no matter what time your pick up says initially. Pavel’s doesn’t respond to text. The first tickets for entry to the Auschwitz museum that Pavel’s is eligible to get daily are after 4pm. During Passover week/Easter the crowds to visit are extra large. The Auschwitz tour is very sad, very moving. Something that we all need to see and experience.

Auschwitz Trip - The trip was meant to start at 12.00 but was moved forward to 9.20. The whole experience was advertised as lasting for 7-8 hours when with all the queuing it was 11 hours plus. We were also promised a guide book each but I had to argue for one which was " loaned" to me. Very poorly organised.

Poor organisation - The experiences were amazing! However organisation by the tour operator was poor. We were not given much guidance on the days itinerary and ended up spending most of the day in long queues. We were denied entry into the museum even though told by the tour operator we could enter, leaving us an hour in the museum which was not long enough so we didn’t get to see it all.

Doesn’t give you a... - Doesn’t give you a guidebook, you are asked to take a photo of the directions off the guidebook and hand the guidebook in, bus was boiling with no AC. Had to run around the places in order to get back in time for the bus to leave

Very disappointed - I was not informed that my booking did not include tickets for Auschwitz - as I received a ticket with a barcode I assumed this was our ticket for the day. We had to queue for 6 hours. Due to the long queue, our tickets for Auschwitz 1 were not until 5.15pm (closes at 6.15pm). Therefore we had to visit Auschwitz 2 first. This is a large camp to get round and we only had 1.5 hours due to time now being limited - this was insufficient and we had to rush round without seeing everything. The guide outlined where we should go but this was said quickly due to time constraints so that neither us or the 2 families we went round with, could remember what the guide had said. The booking included guide books which we were not given so had no information as we toured. On returning to Auschwitz 1, we had to queue for a further 15 minutes so only had just over 1 hour to view the camp. The guide suggested 5 buildings we visit. We did not have time to view the whole camp, we did not have time to see everything we wanted to and we didn’t have time to read information. Again we had no booklet to guide us as should have been provided. The day was a shambles and the visit totally ruined. We had insufficient time to look around, missing so much, and no guidebooks to help us. We literally took photos of the information to read later. We were bitterly disappointed- I have waited a long time to make this visit with my family and the day was ruined. This did not appear to be the fault of the guide but a poorly arranged trip with no thoughts for your clients. I would appreciate a full refund due to the very poor standard of your trip. Thank you.

DO NOT GO ON THIS TOUR! - This tour is highly misleading in its description. It's really only providing transportation facilitated by a chaperon. The admission ticket that says "included" is actually just a free ticket that anyone can get. Plus no one on my group received a guidebook; we had to take a picture of a map from a Polish language version. The day prior we received an email that the tour would need to start at 6:30am instead of noon due to an anticipation of long queues. We arrived at Auschwitz I & Museum at 8:15 and stood in queue for over 6 hours. We finally received FREE tickets at 2:33pm. This meant we had very limited time (about 1/2 the described time) at both Auschwitz I & II Birkenau, leaving the entire group to rush through missing parts of the artifacts/ collection. It was an extreme let down when trying to visit a site of monumental history. The tour was originally scheduled from Noon - 8pm; we arrived back at 8:15pm. Trip Advisor needs to pull this Pavel Travel tour from its offering.

Huge disappointment - All the problem is with the site itself Auschwitz is completely unprepared ill service to handle the amount of customers that come through the site thousands and thousands and thousands of people standing in line for hours and hours and hours to get their tickets to go through the camp completely unacceptable to stand outside And spend 12 hours to try to go through the camp which should take an hour when you bought tickets when you were 5000 miles away, you should not have to stand in line for three hours and end up with a speaking in another language. That’s not yours and not able to hear anything Because you don’t understand what they’re saying the whole reason I went to Poland was to attend this trip and I am deeply deeply disappointed. I would suggest people definitely not go to Poland just for this and reconsider attending. I’ve been to two other concentration camps and they’re set ups or Premier compared to this much more original. This seems to be more of a set up a recreation I would not recommend this at all.
