Three walking tours with Kamil - Kamil was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. We were so impressed with our first two tours with him that we booked a third tour. Most importantly for me, he warmly received and answered all of my many questions.

Highlight of Kraków - Having previously experienced tours in Kraków and explored several war museums we were already enthusiastic about the topic. We had an existing in-depth understanding of war history in the city. Bartos quickly noticed the interest and the existing knowledge of the entire group and fed off this. You could feel his passion for the city, it’s people and it’s rich history. The entire group were asking him challenging questions which, with his knowledge was able to answer elaborately for us. In short Bartos made this tour for us, he we went above and beyond and we haven’t stopped recommending his Saturday tour to every traveller we come across.

Excellent Afternoon - This was an informative few hours, you certainly learn a lot. You also get to see some areas which probably get overshadowed by Auschwitz but are nonetheless as important to be aware of. Our guide was great....friendly, knowledgeable and any questions we had were answered. One tip, the cost does include going into the Galicia Jewish Museum. We didn't realise this and had already been into the museum the day before. Therefore don't pay separately for the museum if you're thinking of doing this tour.

Fantastic tour - The tour was fantastic, so much information. The tourguide was fantastic! He had so much knowledge about the city and the history, and could give us answers on all of our questions. He was calm, and clear. He even spent more time with us, because we had so many questions.

Great tour - would recommend to anyone. - We received our tour from Paulina who was just absolutely knowledgeable and friendly. She really knew the history of the area and had a passion for what she does. Can't say enough good things about our experience with her. We learned a lot. Thank you!

Overall a good experience, a few improvements to make the trip better… - Auschwitz itself was worth every minute, a highly emotive and powerful place to visit and would recommend everyone visiting to learn about the history whilst in Poland! The tour itself was not the best I’ve experienced, it was rushed, the staff at pick up although was friendly did not explain much to us throughout the day and were not given more than 1 toilet break in 5.5 hours, no lunch break, to the point that a lady on our tour became unwell due to lack of breaks and lack of facilities / no time to use facilities. It would be useful to explain to bring lunch with you / enough snacks for the day. Explain the 1.5 hour coach journey each way and the 10 mins between each site. Also advise people to bring appropriate walking shoes and explain lengthy walking and how most of tour is outside so that people can dress appropriately and bring sunhats etc. Overall I was pleased with price to visit Auchwitz however breaks and facilities are needed as we all needed food and drinks and were hungry and dehydrated by the end.

Worst Tour operator at Auschwitz - The tour company never turned up, was left waiting around for 45 mins. Had to re book with a different provider and also re schedule transport. Absolute joke of a company. Do not use
