Recommended tour - An informative tour, and so easy to get around between sites. Minibus was comfortable and the guide was excellent. Highly recommend it to anyone considering visiting.

Local Tour Guide Shares Firsthand Experience - While I usually gravitate towards historian tour guides, Robert's passion truly elevated the experience. Though not a historian by trade, his heartfelt delivery made the tour incredibly engaging. It was clear he cared deeply about the stories he shared. Having lived through the USSR actions after the war himself, Robert's ability to connect historical events with modern-day realities was both insightful and captivating. Like he said at the beginning of the tour, "I won't say have a good tour, this tour isn't meant to be enjoyed, its meant to be educational." He made educational in a way which I appreciated through didn't expect going in.

I recommend - I went to Auschwitz at the end of March. My guide was Robert. One day before the tour, they send an SMS to confirm the meeting point and time. The van was not identified with the company name, but the driver called it by name. The company was always available to respond to all my emails. Regarding the guide, Robert was a fantastic person. He explained the entire process of the visit and had immense knowledge about the concentration camp. I was sorry that I couldn't enter all the blocks where there was an exhibition and that the visit to Auschwitz was a bit rushed, I would have liked to have more time to see and absorb things better, but that's not the operator's fault, but it gives a lot of people who were in the field that day. Everything went very well, I recommend it 100%

Auschwitz 24 - Mini bus turned up on time and was very comfortable. The tour was fab but a little fast. We got left behind a couple of times while my daughter got pics for her photography project. Didn't have chance to eat either but that was down to us really. All in all a good experience

Dangerous driver!!! - Positive: the tour guide and your itself was excellent! Very informative - Gregory was knowledgable, friendly and enthusiastic. The tour is 5 stars. The reason for the 3 stars is the driver - he almost crashed at least 4 times - having to slam on to avoid crashes and pedestrians. He drove way too fast with rapid acceleration and sudden braking- as a result, a lot of people on board felt travel sick. Watching him almost crash several times was very stressful- other reviews share the same concerns about the driver - truly terrible. We got off miles away from our hotel and walked the way back because we couldn’t stand being on the cramped bus any longer. Such a shame

Rushed tour. - Overall was ok. Felt very rushed didn’t get time to read information boards or look at the displays. Went for pack lunch option in which the bread was very dry. There was no time to eat it anyway. Was only given 2 breaks at 10 minutes each. Which was toilet time as queues were so big.

Unsafe, reckless, terrifying - The trip itself was really good I really enjoyed both camps and the tour guide we were at the camps with was brilliant, cannot fault that side of the experience. However, our driver for the trip showed up in the morning clearly straight from being out the night before. He was shaking uncontrollable, falling asleep at the wheel and constantly having to roll the window down to keep himself awake. He continuously served all over the road nearly hitting multiple cars and crash barriers, while driving at a speed of 170-200kph. This was only on route to the camps. On the way back he had cocaine on his noise and was driving even more reckless nearly causing multiple crashes. Everyone in the vehicle was gripping onto the seats scared, he wouldn’t make eye contact with anyone or speak to any of us so we couldn’t get a name. My mother whom I was travelling with had a heart condition and isn’t supposed to be under stress, this situation was the complete opposite. I will never book through seekrakow tours again because of this and I hope this would deter others, as it is completely unacceptable for a company to allow this to happen and have peoples lives put at risk due to this behaviour from the driver. Its is irresponsible and quite frankly illegal for this to happen. So no I would not recommend this trip book with someone else instead
