Unmissable tour - From start to finish our driver & tour guide Jakob were excellent. Everything was explained and we weren't rushed to get around auschwitz or birkenau parts of the tour. Jakob was extremely knowledgeable with regards to all the history of both camps. This is something I had looked to do for a long time and I experienced it along with my partner, daughter & daughter in law.

Moving experience brought to life. - The communication from the tour was outstanding, with clear instructions about the tour & the pickup. On the morning of the tour we got to the pickup which was on a busy street with lots of others waiting, some with a different destination. 3 mini buses arrived & it was a bit chaotic with each bus reading from a list of names. It would have been easier if those people had one list & then directed you to either bus a, b or c. Nevertheless we found our bus & off we went. At Auschwitz things were smoother and we set off with our guide to collect headsets. The guide did not introduce herself, which was not necessary, but would have been courteous. Her knowledge was outstanding and she kept the group together wonderfully. After the tour we went to Birkenau & met our guide at the gates. Again her knowledge was outstanding & she really painted a picture of life, or lack of it, in the camp. At the end of the tour she quickly disappeared, leaving many of us disappointed that we could not thank her personally for her time & knowledge that she had readily shared. Going back to Krackow hardly a word was spoken as we were all lost in our thoughts of the terrible things that had happened in those camps. It was certainly a five star experience that should be taken by all that visit Krackow.... Lest we never forget. 😢

Top - We made the tour from Krakow to Auschwitz and were completely satisfied. The pickup was absolutely on time and very well organized. Our driver and tour guide were both great – friendly, professional and very attentive. Despite the many visitors, we had enough time to look at everything in peace and ask questions. The tour was very informative, but also incredibly moving and emotional. It’s hard to put into words how deeply this place touches you – an important and at the same time very haunting visit that we will never forget. Thank you for this perfect organization in such a historic place. Absolutely recommend!

Auchwiz guided tour. - A profound experience. The tour guide and our guide at the museum was fantastic . Very well organised People were there brandishing flags which I found provocative. Don’t think flags should be allowed in the museum.

Auschwitz Birkenau - We got picked up from a designated hotel by minibus. It took about an hour and a half to get there. The guide on the bus kept us informed. We had a different guide to take us through Auschwitz Birkenau. Both guides were friendly and helpful. Would do tours with them again. It was thought provoking

Easy way to see Auschwitz - This tour made my visit to Auschwitz seamless - the group pick-up location was easy to get to and the bus brought us right to the Auschwitz visitors center to meet our guide. The bus also brought us between Auschwitz and Birkenau. Overall a very easy experience, though I'd recommend packing a lunch to take with you as there isn't really time to get something to eat during the day as this tour runs on a tight (and well-oiled) schedule.

A sad but informative trip, but pity about our journey - A very humbling place to visit. The guide was very informative and answered all our questions. It’s a pity we had to move so quickly for the next party to arrive though, meaning we didn’t have time to read all the plaques. This trip would be difficult for anyone struggling to walk or in a wheelchair. Our driver of the minibus used his mobile when driving, and his driving was so erratic. It felt like we were in a racing car, then had to brake hard. I’ve never felt so sick travelling before. I’d never recommend using this driver again.
