Great day - Our guide Mario was great! He was very informative and made the trip very entertaining whilst emotional too. Keep in mind that it is a very long day with lots of walking though. Coach - pick up was moved to earlier than we initially chose and location changed day before which is only downfall of the day. The actual journey was fine, nice coach with AC. Auschwitz - the tour of both camps was incredibly eye opening and Mario was so knowledgeable. Just to note there were also places to get food/ drinks at the end of the second tour, which we found useful. Salt mine - the tour was interesting but again lots of walking. Good opportunities for pictures throughout. There was a few local places to get food before the tour began.

Wonderful experience - The tour was wonderful, and the guide was very helpful and attentive throughout. Both excursions are excellent; just be aware that if you have reduced mobility, the salt mine involves going down stairs, although you come up by elevator. Doing both tours together can be quite tiring, but they are absolutely fantastic if you’re up for it. The only downside was that the schedule was changed to 3–4 hours earlier than planned, so we had to leave at 3 a.m. They explained that this was due to the enormous queues, and indeed, when we arrived at the site at 4 a.m., there were already eight tour vans waiting in line. For me wasn’t a problem as I really want to do the tour but just writing here then people can have in mind that can happen

Auschwitz - Birkenau and salt mine full day tour is worth it - Kamil our driver and guide for the Auschwitz - Birkenau and salt mine all day tour was brilliant. Picked us up a 3.30am in the morning to make sure we can get to see Auschwitz as it is a very popular tourist attraction. He kept us well informed the whole time we were queuing about what was happening and we felt at ease. When we had finished in Birkenau he had told us where to meet him so he can bring us to the Wieliczka salt mines. He gave us the option of trying to get in the tour early or stop off for some lunch first. Considering it was a long day we decided to stop for lunch and Kamil brought us to a nice little restaurant a couple of minutes from the salt mines where he had suggested the local polish cuisine of perogies. The perogies were delicious and I'm glad he told me about them. After a stop to eat and drink he brought us to the salt mines and brought us right up to the tour guide to make sure we got in okay. The day had been a long day but I dunno if anyone would have been as good as Kamil. 5 stars

Good and recommended - It was really good experience. Small Van tour, better than the super big bus. The co-pilot was a cool and handsome guy 🤣., but nice and friendly. The guide for both tours are professional and nice. Recommend 👍

“Mixed Experience: Rushed Auschwitz Tour, Fantastic Salt Mine Guide” - Our tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was very informative, but unfortunately the guide’s delivery made it difficult to fully appreciate the experience. She spoke very quickly, which made it hard to follow, and the tour felt rushed. She also seemed reluctant to take questions, as though there wasn’t enough time. In contrast, Margaret, who led our Salt Mine tour, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and warm, and brought humor and personality to the experience. She made the tour enjoyable and memorable – an easy 10/10 for Margaret!

The worst of the worst - A rogue organization. Do not come to pick you up at the agreed location. When you finally get in touch, they say they only got there half an hour earlier and that's bad luck for you. For an Auschwitz excursion you will be picked up at 01:30 you may join the queue and if you are lucky you will have access at 14:00. Real amateurism of the highest music
