Frank, the driver - The trolly driver, Frank, made the short ride to and from the glacier worth the cost of the ticket. His friendly and humorous commentary was great. Note, this isn’t a “tour” of the glacier, just a ride to and from the glacier’s visitor center. From there you have terrific views of the glacier and can take a short hike to Nugget Falls.

Mendenhall Glacier tour - Plenty of time to explore the glacier and nugget falls. Excellent history of the town while on route to the Glacier. A must do!

Perfect Day at the Glacier - Great way to see the glacier!!! Guide and driver was great!!! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Great sense of humor! Fun trip on a closed in trolley. Very comfortable ride.

Awesome Views - This was a comfortable trolley ride with driver commentary. About a 30 minute ride. Dropped off for 2 hours to tour on our own. Then back on the trolley for return trip! If you're planning on seeing the glacier and nugget falls. This is the way to do it! (Visitors Center was closed the day we were there😏)

It’s just a ride - Print your tickets out in advance and be prepared to try and find we’re going. They don’t have the signs up until just before you’re getting ready to leave and the bus is a trolley which is nice.

Not worth £60 per person - Very expensive for just a bus ride from port to glacier and back Taxi would of been cheaper as not far from terminal

Stung in Juneau. - We paid £60 each for what was ostensibly a 20 minute shuttle bus service to the glacier and back. A taxi would have been a way more cost effective option. Don't get me wrong, our bus driver Troy was pleasant and entertaining but we'd have been better off taking a taxi.
