Try Tracy's Crab Shack, it's worth the wait. - Tracy's Crab Shack was a fun place to eat. We were lucky to catch it when the line was short. We went later in the day and only waited about 10 minutes to get seated. It is very pricey, but we loved sharing the combo meal and it was enough for lunch. We had the golden crab legs and they were delicious but plan to get messy!

Whale Watching and Crabs - The whale watching was great. Tracy’s Crab Shavk was outstanding. Great food. After we got the prepaid for our lunch straighter our it was well worth it.

Captain Ben and crew... - Captain Ben and crew Carrie and Mia gave us a wonderful time in Auke Bay. We saw 4 humpback whales and one of them was even bubble feeding. The crab combo included soup, crab cakes and 2 king crab legs. Very yummy.

Whale tale - The Captain, Dustin, and the crew Tess and Brock-very helpful, knowledgeable and were as excited as we were at the amazing number of whales we got to see. Far beyond my expectations.

Maybe see a whale - It’s hit and miss, on seeing a whale. And most of the time you only see, a water spout. And maybe a tail. Didn’t think it was worth 300.00 a person for a 3 hour Tour

Do not recommend - Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service We purchased the Glacier & Whale Watching combo tour based on the ticket seller, Alex’s, assurance that there was enough time to do both excursions before our cruise departure. We were told it would be no problem since the tour started at 3 PM and the cruise was at 9 PM. We completed the whale watching, which was disappointing as we hardly saw any whales. However, when we returned at 6:15 PM, we were told it was too late to see the glaciers because no more buses were running. Despite confirmation from the ticket seller and the driver that someone would take us to the glacier tour and keep our glacier tickets, this never happened. The staff admitted it was a mistake on their end due to lack of communication with the driver. When I tried to contact the manager, SEREN Hutchins, she was unprofessional, refused to listen, and was outright rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she offered a partial refund far less than what we paid and acted like it was no big deal. We came all this way to see the glaciers and were denied the experience due to poor management and communication. If you want to be treated with respect and actually see what you paid for, I’d think twice before booking here. If you can’t deliver what you promise, at least have the decency to treat your customers with professionalism and hospitality. Sadly, this was not our experience.
