Very professional - We were booked onto this trip today (07/10) we were picked up on time but didn't make the destinations due to the war breaking out on route to Jerusalem. We want to thank our tour guide Roy & the driver of the coach for keeping us safe whilst the rockets flew over & bombs were going off. To say they were professional is an understatement. They kept everyone calm & informed throughout.

Jerusalem and the Dead Sea from tel aviv - Me and my mum took this tour with Ben Harim our tour guide was Tomer Glick. Tomer made this tour very interactive and enjoyable. We learned a lot of history on the tour. Tomer was very approachable and happy to answer any questions we had! We would definitely do another Ben Harim tour next time we visit Israel. Thank you Tomer! Stephanie O’Connell.

Eric, Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. - Eric was amazing. His wealth of knowledge but also intuition to ask questions about what I wanted from the experience meant I had a custom suited day. Absolutely recommend.

A complete tour! - The best and most complete tour!!!! The first half was incredible because I got to know and tour Jerusalem and its history. They comply with everything they indicate, so much so that I plan to return this year and resume this tour! I also really liked the second part at the Dead Sea, and it was relaxing.

Excellent combination - Was a great day out and really enjoyed the experience. The guide and driver were both excellent company throughout the day and made a good double act. The only thing that would have been better for me personally would have been to combine the time we have for lunch and souvenirs and make that free time with a meeting place for after. Otherwise your choice of souvenirs and choice of food is limited. But this is the same on any other trip I been on around the world so it’s not a complaint… just prefer a teeny weeny bit more independence x

Great tour definitely recommend - Fantastic tour. Very interesting. Full day though with early start. Tour guide Itamar was fantastic, made it funny and informative without being boring. Had a great personality. Would definitely recommend this tour. Only negative for us was too much time was spent in the gift shops and not enough time at the Western Wall which was only 20 minutes plus for some reason we didn’t go under the wall which I would have liked Also would have liked some spare time to look at the Shuk (market) Apart from that fantastic day out! Dead Sea was extremely hot 42 degrees but well worth a visit

The description of the... - The description of the tour was pretty accurate except they don't actually pick you up from your hotel like it says. They give you a hotel near yours but not exactly where you're staying. The tour guide Roy was vèry entertaining and knowledgeable and the driver Itzik was very professional and also funny. He carried a hand gun which made me feel pretty safe. The tour was supposed to be over at 5pm but we didn't get dropped of till 7:45pm the only real complaint is a couple stops at tourist trap souvenir stores that were outrageously expensive. Unless they're getting a kick back there's no need to waste 2 hours for souvenirs on a 10 hour (in our case 13 hour) tour

Average to good - Transfer was great, lunch restaurant was great, relatively large group, tight schedule, not all questions were answered 100%, Dead Sea was great. Stop in the souvenir shop was unnecessary, would have preferred 20 minutes to shop in the small shops

Guide and driver need to be more careful with guest's destination request, know where they want to go - I showed driver and guide where I need to be dropped off for a Dead Sea hotel, they dropped me at a bus station where no bus came, and I had to walk 20 mins in the desert and pay a random stranger 1000 sheqels to get back to Tel Aviv
