City of David and Underground Jerusalem Day Trip from Tel Aviv - The day trip started and ended on time. Everything was well organized! Danny Gerson was our tour guide and he was outstanding. I would gladly book a trip again, knowing he will be in charge. Danny is a great historian and he made sure everyone could see and hear all the details in regards to the tour. I would highly recommend him and the Bein Harim Israel Tours.

Amazing Experience - This was a totally action packed tour. I am amazed at all we were able to see in a day. It was a very hot day and the tour guide was aware of his guests and made sure we were okay and hydrated. My fit bit said we walked 5 miles. I am 66 and my husband is 71 and we did fine but were challenged at times. The tour covers both the City of David ruins / excavation site outside the walls of the old city and then the tour continues into Old Jerusalem. Our Guide Daniel, was very knowledgable and shared so much information. The underground tunnels were amazing. Highly recommend this tour.

I had a wonderful tour- thanks to Dorit Epstein! - I joined this as part of my 3 day tour and loved it. Dorit Epstein was my guide and she's really good. It helps that she was a teacher so she remembered everyone's name. I'm also grateful that she walked me to my hotel doorstep, making sure that my luggage arrives at the hotel too. 5 star for her domain knowledge and outstanding service

Not to be missed! - Erez was an excellent and knowledgeable host who truly guided us through an unforgettable day! I wouldn’t miss this trip. The highlight for me was the Kotel, but city of david is quite the adventure.

Great time! - We had an amazing time and experience on this tour. We took the bus from Tel Aviv with Itamar who was fun, entertaining, and very knowledgeable! We then got off in Jerusalem and had the tour with Yoel who was an amazing guide through the City of David! I can’t thank them both enough for the amazing experience my family had!
If you need to find a tour company in Israel, use Bein Harim and if you get lucky to have Itamar and/other Yoel, it will be an even more amazing experience!

Well organized and great info from our guide Samuel - I had a great time on this tour. It was well organized and the buses were comfortable and modern. I was picked up outside my hotel and dropped right back there when it was done. Our guide, Samuel, was very knowledgeable and told us a lot of really interesting history, which really put the sights and region into context. I look forward to booking more tours with Bein Harim the next time I visit Israel.

Very good tour and guide - Our guide Roy was great. The tour was good too we had fun and enjoyed our time in Jerusalem. The only thing is the 2 transfers in the morning to get to our final bus but it wasn't too bad.

Do not expect to visit the four Sephardic synagogues - The tours only go on Mondays and Thursdays. Those are the days when bar mitzvahs take place at the Western wall and in the synagogues. Our guide told us the synagogues would be too crowded to visit in the time we had allotted so we did not get to see them.

Very good guide, horrible back office - Tour operator failed to confirm thst site was open on Independence Day, then cancelled the tour at 9 pm for a 6:40 pick up the next morning!
They offered to put us on another tour that was supposed to go to Yad Vashem, which was closed, but again, they failed to tell us beforehand. Whats worse is their website lists conflicting information.
I texted them from the tour and they were rude and obnoxious!
They are a sloppy, inattentive tour operator, where its about taking your money and disclosing the shortcomings afterwards!
I would avoid using this operator wherever possible! They had an opportunity to do the right thing a d failed miserably! You may be very disappointed! I will be taking it up further with TripAdvisor and Viator once back stateside!
