Well run tour, great guide, smooth experience - highly recommended - This review is a little overdue. I took the Dead Sea Tour that included Jericho and the Jordan River this past summer with Bein Haim Tourism Services. This tour is not for the faint hearted especially during the summer. For example, Jericho was fairly steep for me and the trail up to the top of Mount Temptation was a hot challenge even after a cable car ride. Nevertheless, Bein Haim Tourism Services provided us efficient and cool transportation and tasty fare. Our tour guide Yoav Malachi was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful, being very patient extending a helping hand when needed to ensure everyone was well hydrated, comfortable and safe. Wearing a hat is highly recommended. Thank you, Yoav, for your cheery kindness in the sweltering heat. I learned a lot and look forward to my next visit.

Very enjoyable. - Very well organized trip. Our guide Ami Bar Gil was very knowledgeable and experienced. Dead Sea resort provides everything - showers, bar with air-conditioning, beds, umbrellas, shops...

My journey in Dead Sea - Amazing joy and experience being in salt water, floating and pulling soft black muds from the grounds and robbing it on your skin. I can not describe the feeling but I hope everyone would get the opportunity to experience this incredible moment and completely relax. Thank you Viator for connecting me to best tours.

Dead Sea Relaxation Day Tour from Tel Aviv - Wonderfully organized! Yuval was an awesome guide. Learned a ton on the way to Jerusalem, then on down to the Dead Sea for the day. I wanted a quiet day of rest and meditation, so I skipped the Masada portion and opted to have a gorgeous day at the Dead Sea….but others said Masada was also amazing. Really appreciated the trip to Jericho before returning. Perfect day trip! I’ve been to Israel many times but can’t believe I hadn’t put the Dead Sea higher on the priority list… absolutely worth it. Bought a bunch of fun skin care gifts to bring home for friends and family. Thanks Yuvi!

The guide was very... - The guide was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the Dead Sea. I wish someone offered a shorter tour just to the Dead Sea and back.

Relax not relaxing - We started the tour with the promise of a coffee break to have breakfast, which didn’t occur. Then the four of us whom book this tour, we’re dropped on the Jordanian side of the Dead Sea, alone, for a “relaxation day”, which had nothing of relaxing. Crowded, laud, horrible facilities and also expensive. After 6 hours they came for us, and after one hour trip, two wheels of the bus exploded. I can say thanks god I arrived safely.

Not a spa day at all. - Things to keep in mind for this tour. The pick up is from a hotel in Tel Aviv (ours was a half hour late) but you are then taken to another location in Tel Aviv where you get off your bus and we waited another half hour to forty five minutes for another bus. We then stopped in Jerusalem to pick up 2 people. Arrived at the Dead Sea around 11. The spa treatments needed to be booked in advance which this tour should have told us. There were no treatments available. The bus to return left an hour late. The Sea was fun but this tour experience was disappointing.

Didn’t get what we signed up for - We didn’t get what we signed up for. We were supposed to have ~ 2.5 hours at the dead sea after making a few stops before. Well first we stopped at some cheesy Elvis rest stop for coffee. There was no significance of this nor was it needed. Our guide asked asked if we wanted to go with rest of group to Masada. We said no we had been already that’s why we booked Dead Sea only. After, we stopped at the lowest point sign as advertised which was good. Then they dropped us off at the Dead Sea at 930am and said they’d be back and we’d all leave at 330pm. That seemed long but at the time didn’t realize how long that was. That was way too long. But to make matters worse at 330 we found guide and he said it was now moved to 430pm. At that point we said no we need to leave. This was way longer than what we signed up for. We were supposed to be back in Tel Aviv at 440pm according to our confirmation. Anyway the guide did find us another ride back. He was great But the trip itself was not at all what we signed up for. Don’t advertise 2.5 hours at the Dead Sea when it’s really 6-7. Wouldn’t not use this company agsin

Worst tour in Dead Sea - The worst experience ever, it is just a drop off in the middle of the Dead Sea without consideration of the weather and the time that they left you there (almost 8-9 hours). There is no sense, you can’t be more than 20 minutes in the water (and they suppose to think that you will be in the sun more than 8 hours) No water, no tour, and the conditions of the place are awful The worst tour that I have ever been

Terrible experience, very misleading - I booked the relaxation trip through my hotel because I already saw Mesada before in the past. I did not expect them to combine my tour with the mesada tour. They dropped me off at this place called Kalia beach which was not very nice, no air conditioner anywhere, no spa, very limited facilities. The tour guide just left and went with the other group and expected me to stay there for 7+ hours in the hot sun with no AC. I left after 6 hours I hired a private taxi to take me back to Jerusalem for 250 sheckels. This is a transportation only service and should not be advertised as a tour, its very misleading and there is no spa at all at the location they brought me to. I found out other companies offer the same transportation service for half the price and dont market it as a tour. I asked Bein Harim for help to get a taxi back after being stuck at this shoddy facility all day and they wouldn't even help me get a taxi. Would not recommend booking any tour with this company after the experience I had with them.
