If you want a fully Jaisalmer experience, Lalu is your guide! - Lalu is more than a guide! He welcomed us as part of the family and showed us Jaisalmer in the round, despite the little time available, making us feel an integral part of the community. he is a great man of culture, good and patient.. we highly recommend him!! More than a city tour, more than a guide! - Lalu was the best way to discover the city! We had only one day to stay and with him we really got into the atmosphere and the masterpieces of this gem. Full of information, helpful, kind and pleasant are only some of the words I would use to describe this guide. The tour was really interesting and various, the amount and the quality of information received fully satisfied us. I would highly recommend him to anyone willing to discover the city in a very serious and familiar at the same time way of doing it!

Excellent & Informative - Lalu was a patient and interesting guide with great stories and historical explanations. We really appreciated how generous he was with both his time and information.At no stage did we feel rushed as we took a lot of photos on the way.He is a charming man and I highly recommend visitors to Jaisalmer taking a tour with him as you will leave the city with a great deal more knowledge than you arrived with.

The Master Storyteller who lives and breathes Jaisalmer - To see a city with a guide is one thing, but to see it with a master storyteller is quite the icing on the cake. Lalluji will take you through centuries with his stories, relate them to the modern day geohistoric Situation of the " Marwaris".What the Rajputs did for their motherland cannot be put in better words than this gentleman.I was so mesmerized by his stories and Knowledge that I forgot my purse in one of the temples( which by the way was found by a local who came searching for me to hand it over...honest ...lovely people) .Highly recommended by us ...

Great introduction to Jaisalmer - Very interesting walk around the city centre. Lalit gave us a real insight into the history of Jaisalmer; his English was excellent and he made the tour interesting as we discussed a host of Indian topics whilst wandering around and enjoying the sights. He has a good sense of humour and we enjoyed our time with him.

Lalu: knowledgeable and fun guide - We did a walking tour with Lalu. He was patient and explained clearly the history and intricate details during our Jaisalmer palace tour. He was an excellent guide and knows his customer base and connects well. we had a fun time with him. Highly recommend!

Top notch! - It would be very difficult to find a better guide than Lalu in Jaisalmer. Hi family has lived in the fort for over 40 generation + he is very tight with the community. Lalu is well educated and knows the history of Jaisalmer as much as humanly possible. We felt lucky to have him host us around Jaisalmer.

Best tour of Jaisalmer - We had the best time with Lalu-ji. He had us entertained and engaged throughout. I think his sense of humour ensured our kids had the best time too . There was no rush and we would highly recommend everyone to use him to tour Jaisalmer .

43rd gen native of fort - Lalith was an excellent guide....well informed, from a family that had lived in the fort for 43 generations, passionate about his heritage, and totally fluent in English. Highly recommended.
