Fun, interesting guided tour with great food and topped off with a wonderful swim in a cenote. Couldn’t be better! - Despite an initial problem with pick up, we were happy to have a personal tour on the way to meet up with our main group. Our main guide, “Ricky Martin” (who I believe is also the owner) was terrific. He was knowledgeable and humorous and spoke plenty enough English for us to know what he was saying. All in all, a great tour. Thank you ‘Ricky’!

Very relaxing. Full of cultural activities and one day adventure trips. - Great place to relax. Tons of cultural activities and many interesting archeological sites to visit in one day trips. Don’t expect CanCun. Is not.

Worth it for the driver. - Driver was very accommodating. But he is just a driver. You will be dropped off at each location and he will help guide you to get you in and that’s about it. However, due to the lack of English speaking taxi and Uber drivers it was well worth booking this.

Easy and Relaxing - We'll, we ended up with just us two ..and our driver/guide Eduardo was so cool...not much English...but great Sapnglish!!!We saw everything and at our own pace...we didn't want to swim at the cenotes so Ed stayed close...and took us to great country Yucatan buffet no frills but food was good...

I would love to do it again - Seeing the beautiful ruins, then the trip and going into and swimming in the cenotes. The beautiful city of Isamal. Breathe taking.

Excellent experience and value - Our driver Eddier was very accommodating and changed around the schedule to suit us. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend it to anybody. The cenotes were very quite, clean and peaceful.

chichen itza was awesome... - chichen itza was awesome - only need two hours instead of three hours. was very hot - water should be provided

Good driver who was nice - Another provider cancelled on us last minute, however I was able to book with these guys 8pm for a tour the next day leaving at 8AM. Not only was I able to book on such short notice they picked us up from the hotel (just two of us). We were the only two on the tour so it was like we had our own personal driver. However, he didn't speak any English (booked English), but I could tell by his body language he was a genuinely nice fellow. Got us to our destinations safe and sound and treated us great the entire trip. However, it was anything but a tour - just a driver because nothing was explained, pointed out, just silence and safe driving - again... he was a nice dude so taking nothing away from him or his not being able to speak English. Let's assume they do offer more of a tour and this was a result of them accommodating a last minute request.

Do not book with this operator!! - We specifically booked an English speaking guided tour where the guide would provide information about the region along the way to the cenotes and Chichen Itza. What we got was a non-English speaking driver who picked us up at our hotel in a van. It was hard to communicate with him and our whole day on the road was a long silent journey. I ended up Googling most of the info and reading it out to the family. I did contact the tour operator but didn't get anywhere. I asked for a refund but all I got was silence. Highly disappointed!!!!!

Bad price - The cenotes were very cool. Chichén Itzá was amazing to see. Izamal was also a very cool experience. However, we were told we would have a guide. All we got was a driver. Our driver was very very nice but nobody was guiding us anywhere. We didn’t get a lot of time at either of the cenotes. We were also told we would eat dinner at an hacienda but ended up at a small restaurant with a different name that didn’t seem to be as good. While the food was included, none of the tickets were. Overall this trip was very good but not worth the price.
