We will cook lasagna together: how to make the dough with a rolling pin. I’ll explain how to cook a good Bolognese sauce and béchamel. While we cook it, we prepare the famous Italian spaghetti that we can all eat together accompanied by our excellent Tuscan organic wine. Finally, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. The experience will last 3 hours including cooking and eating all together. All of you will receive recipes with our secrets.

Amazing - Great class! We made lasagna and spaghetti without machines. It was an amazing experience! after the class we also had wine tasting! Totally reccomended

we had the most amazing... - we had the most amazing experience learning to make authentic Italian pasta. It was a great experience we really enjoyed it, the chef was amazing and really taught us all well, would definitely recommend.

A must do!!! - If you're looking for and amazing thing to do while you're in Florence this is the right experience! I came alone and I was a little afraid but the host was very patient and fun! The food and the wine fantastic! Thanks again guys for everything!

Fun interactive. Mili is a gem! - Love Mili! She was the highlight! I was in awe of her ability to work with all especially the young kids. We would have loved making the sauce with her. It requires 3 hours so it was made in advance but it would have been nice to see her make that We only prepared the pasta.

DELICIOUS! - I’d never made pasta before, so this class appealed to me. Our teacher guided us through all the steps resulting in a special meal that we all enjoyed together. Delicious!

You can't miss this! - Attending this pasta-making course with wine pairings was an absolutely fantastic experience! From learning the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch to perfectly complementing each dish with delicious local wines, every moment was a delight. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process so much fun. I learned invaluable skills and savored incredible flavors. I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone looking for a unique, immersive, and truly enjoyable culinary adventure!

What a "nourishing" experience! - Amazing experience!!!! Our instructor was , approachable, amusing, and well-informed. Eating and making lasagna and spaghetti was a delight!
The red organic wine,100% Sangiovese, that was offered was fantastic! The culinary experience ended with an incredible chocolate dessert with limoncello!
The school is situated in Oltrarno, in a square that is truly unique. It was an opportunity for me to discover a part of the city I hadn't seen before!
This class is highly recommended for its amazing value and the opportunity to immerse yourself in an authentic and original context!
