- Via della Gatta, 14 - Learn how to easily and successfully make homemade pasta by joining us at our cooking school located in the historic centre of Rome. Our team of professional chefs is pleased to meet you and spend a fun and unique lesson teaching you the secrets of making Ravioli, Fettuccine and Tortelli. We will provide you with all the necessary tools. Every participant will receive English instructions. After the preparation, we will cook the pasta together with the relatives’ sauces. Each participant will prepare their pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it with the rest of the group like a true Italian family. This experience will last about 3 hours complete and will be an opportunity to socialize with other travellers and your host in an authentic Italian atmosphere. During the meal, we will serve the delicious organic Tuscan wine, which we produce on our farm called “Dalle Nostre Mani” using natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson, you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson. We hope that this experience will be useful in increasing your culinary knowledge and enable you to replicate our secrets at your home, leaving your diners amazed!

Amazing - I recently took part in a pasta-making class, and it was an incredible experience! The instructor was friendly.
We learned how to prepare fresh dough, roll it out, and shape different types of pasta like tagliatelle and ravioli. The hands-on approach was both fun and educational. Everything was explained clearly, and we got helpful tips throughout the process.
At the end, we cooked and tasted our own creations—absolutely delicious!
I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who loves Italian food or wants to try something new. A perfect mix of learning, fun, and flavor!

We loved this workshop so much! - My daughter and I really enjoyed the workshop. Giorgio explained everything very well and with humor. We loved the Italian family style dinner with our own made pasta afterwards. It was the best pasta we ever ate! We are going to make more pasta when we get home. Thank you Giorgio!

Awesome! - We had an absolute blast with Fabrizio! We made a nice selection of different pastas and everything was fun and easy to do! I would highly recommend stopping in here for a nice class with a great handmade meal by the end of it!

Fantastic pasta making class - Great fun activity for all ages. Our 12 year old daughter had a brilliant time, as did we. Fabrizio was our instructor and he really helped make the class fun as well as informative. We certainly learned a few great tips! Definitely value for money; pasta (2 types), wine, limoncello and cake! An absolute must do for all the family. Grazie Fabrizio!

You can't miss this! - Attending this pasta-making course with wine pairings was an absolutely fantastic experience! From learning the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch to perfectly complementing each dish with delicious local wines, every moment was a delight. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process so much fun. I learned invaluable skills and savored incredible flavors.
