We are cooking pasta for dinner! - We were given good directions, met us at facilities that were perfect for our group. Lato is a generous and kind chef as he guided us through the pasta making process. We enjoyed the wine pairing and gelato as well.

Fantastic experience - A fun and delicious experience. In Pastamania we learned to make fresh pasta from scratch, with clear explanations and good atmosphere. Then the professor cooked our pasta and we could enjoy what we had prepared. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended for those who want to have a good time and take a tasty memory

Wonderful Class!! - Guilia was wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised how easy making homemade pasta was and I am ready to try it at home now. The gelato recipe was also simple but I do not have the gelato make at this time to try but one day. The group of fellow travelers taking the class were fun to banter with and enjoy the wine tasting. I would 1000%, yes, a thousand percent recommend this class.

Fantastic Experience - Perfect for a rainy day! We booked the night before. It was such a comfortable and engaging experience that included out teenage daughter. The food and wine was amazing. Guliana was a wonderful host. She has so much knowledge and shared many details about wine and Italian cuisine and agriculture.
