Hagia Sophia Mosque - One of the most popular places of worship and it is 1500 hundred years old .
Hagia Sophia was originally built as a church in the 6.th A.D by Roman emperor Justinian and it was used as cathedral for thousand years .later it was converted into a mosque in 1453 by Ottoman Empire and used as mosque for 500 years till 1935 . In 1935 it was decided to be museum . In 2018 after 85 years it was converted back to a mosque. Inside we are going to see reliefs of both Christianity and Islam -
Blue Mosque - One of the imperial mosques which was built by Ottoman Empire in the 17.th century A.D. it is famous for twenty thousand of blue ceramic tiles .Inside we are going to see beautiful blue tiles of the mosque . the mosque takes its name from these tiles
It is 400 years old and it’s original name is Sultanahmet mosque -
Topkapi Palace - It is was built by ottoman sultan Mehmet the II. In the 15. Th century A.D after taking Constantinople. It was used as the residence of ottoman sultans and imperial palace to control the empire for nearly 400 years till 1856 . Since 1935 it is used as museum.
Inside we are going to see four gardens for official rooms together with harem section which was used as the house of sultans -
Hippodrome - The square that today we call hippodrome was built by emperor Constantine the great in the 4.th century A.D when he chose the city as the new capital of Roman Empire . The hippodrome was basically used for chariot racing which was the most popular activity in the city .
Today at the hippodrome we can the Egyptian obelisk from Egypt, the serpent column from Greece , German fountain from germany and the walled obelisk from the city . - Grand Bazaar - Grand bazaar is a 500 year old historical market from ottoman time and it was built in 1461 . In side there are 3.500. Shops for , ceramic , spice , Turkish delight and jewelry and hand made rugs .

An all-in-one Istanbul Tourist Guide! - Fuhat is a very resourceful and knowledgeable Tourist guide. His easy and facilitative manner of providing options and guidance to tourists makes one feel comfortable and safe in a city which has risk of being fleeced. While his services aren’t inexpensive, he is very resourceful from helping find shops to special eating places to finding other tourist activities.
We were a group of 6 (2 families) and he basically helped make our entire plan for >3 days at Istanbul. This included the old city to shopping for leather goods to carpets to finding a private Yatch ride or transportation back to the airport, he had the network to get it all organised at reasonable rates and more importantly; reliably.
We would highly recommend him!

A wonderful introduction to a city of magnificent history - Our day’s guided tour with Fuat was a wonderful introduction to Istanbul’s city of history and culture . Essential in fact and how well he managed to taylor the day to our specific needs. His knowledge and presentation is so good . The magnificence and beauty of Palace and Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosques are a must to experience and in addition , if time, the incredible Cistern , an unbelievable feat of engineering . If we have a chance to return we would definitely contact Fuat and would not hesitate to recommend him.

The perfect tour and guide - Fuat is one of the best guides we have ever had; he is knowledgeable, fun, and paces the tour so that all the sights were seen. He joined us for lunch at one of his favorite restaurants of local cuisine, and more stories of the city and its history. And at the end we were taken directly to the cruise terminal. The driver (I didn’t get his name) was the same one who picked us up at airport the day before, what a great driver and immaculately clean van from Istanbul Private Airport Transfer.

An amazing guide! - Fuat was the best guide we could imagine. He was extremely knowledgeable about history and culture, plus he was very sensitive to our needs, desires, and energy level. He knew exactly how to time our arrival at various sites to make the most of our time together. During lunch, he offered tips on restaurants and other sites we could pursue over the next few days. He is also fun. I could not recommend him more highly. A certified guide and a true professional. You would be lucky to book him.

Top guide. - Spent the day with tour guide Fuat Peker. It was thoroughly enjoyable. His English is remarkable, and he is also very knowledgeable and informative, making it a very comprehensive tour. Look No Further - I travel alone and am always fiercely independent but Fuat stepped in when I was struggling to get my prepaid access to Hagia Sophia sorted, he and his family came to my rescue and he very quickly became a friend! Not only is he a brilliant guide, he is very friendly, helpful and kind and will help make your stay a memorable one! You are in very safe and very capable hands, I highly recommend his services.

Old Istanbul with Faut - Fabulous! - My wife and I spent two wonderful days together with Faut learning all about the old city and it’s history. His English is excellent, knowledge outstanding and personality great. He worked with us old farts at OUR pace, used cabs and public trams when necessary. My wife was just 6 months out from knee replacements so we went slower than most. We highly and without any reservations recommend Faut as your guide. John and Jeanie Fend
