Great idea for October day trip - Good theme Park - especially in October! It was so quiet almost empty so no queues and mild weather made for a great day out- enough to do with a 12yr and 13yr - plenty there also for little ones. Park is closed in November so very near the end of the season but worth the journey and cost

I will come again - Great experience not great value for money Probably children should be all above 140 cm height.

Needs some improvements - The Theme Park itself is great, lots of options for kids and family. However, the admission/park entry process could use some work. They could also honor their package details: if you sell package (silver) or other deals that include snacks or food kind, customers don’t have yo come asking you for those things included in the package they spent hard earned money to buy, and go through all sort of questioning before they can have those coupons. They even told us that the package we bought was something advertised a year ago; if that was the case, then why were they still on their sites and other sites seeking their tickets?

Fast pass for no pass - We visitied on june 28th. We were 3 adults and a child. We asked about the types of tickets and bout the tickets with the fast pass,140$ each. Which turned out to be a scum since the fast pass is not for all games, it was only fir special games probably no more than 5. This does include kids games why would you make me buy one for my child. Then they never tell you anything about the timing of the closing of certain activities, you walk and walk till you find it and then oooops sorry we are closed. The person behind me bought fast pass for his 4 kids including a baby and they did not even tell him anytihng. Non of those kuds are allowed on the games that can use fast pass. They take a picture of you amd it s free. When you go to get it they tell you give the number the photographer gave you or you have to pay. Why ??? You give them the receipt, the tickets, the hand wrist with no response. Bad service, rude. Games for me were regular, i have been to funner places. Tòooooooo expensive for what u get.

Disappointing - We had a long ride to reach there but unfortunately some main stations were closed for maintenance and there were no shows and activities at all, kids were so sad

Waste of money - Very expensive, locals pay much less. Possibly it was good 20 years ago, but in 2023 doesn't impress at all.

AVOID the rip off for foreigners - Arrived after our Turkish friend had brought tickets for us all online, to be asked for Turkish ID as the tickets purchased are for residents only. She showed hers and argued that there is nothing written online to say this is for residents only. Was then asked for DOUBLE the price on top of what we had already paid purely just for being foreign. Absolute scam of a company and I would not recommend going there just for them to rip you off. Our friend who is Turkish feels ashamed by the way this business is conducted and we instead have called the bank to cancel the transaction after being told we had to fill out a mere piece of paper to get a refund, which probably won't happen as they are untrustworthy already. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you are happy to be treated as if because you are foreign you can afford three times the price of locals.
