Day in Istanbul - Easy way to see Istanbul. Our guide Sezgin was very knowledgeable and adjusted our schedule so we didn’t wait in line. It was so nice to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Murat was incredibly responsive to all our questions. Would highly recommend this tour.

An excellent day. Need to return - From the pickup at the airport to return was perfect. The guide we had for our short stay, Gursoy, was excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful, excellent English and paced it perfectly. We will definitely return.

Exceptional service and warm hospitality. - Murat was fantastic—his communication was quick, clear, and always helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate everything we wanted to see and do in Istanbul. Umit, our driver for three days, was simply wonderful. He was kind, patient, and so sweet with our kids. By the end of our trip, he felt like part of our family, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. We’ll definitely call Murat and Umit the next time we’re in Istanbul—they made our trip unforgettable!

Istanbul tour - Great private tour. We did it at our leisure and enjoyed every moment. Thanks to Murat who arranged the tour and was exactly as described. Our tour guide Idyll was outstanding. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this company, tour guide and private tour.

Excellent experience - We were fortunate to be dealing with Saw Travel first for transportation from Airport to Hotel. Then Mr. Murat proposed at the time of booking transportation to put together a guided tour. I agreed for a two days tour. The guide he selected was extremely good to the point I called him a “walking encyclopedia!”. On the second day there was an inconvenience from the heat. Mr. Murat agreed to reschedule the second day tour to the following day. The first day guide was already booked so he had us going with another guide who was also extremely knowledgeable. The second day had a private car included. Rating Saw travel 5 stars is an understatement!

Private Istanbul historic tour - We had a very comprehensive tour with Omar of the sights in the historic city center. Omar is very knowledgeable about the city and its history, and as we were a private tour, we were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. You might ask to start earlier in the day as the lines of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque tend to be quite long. If you are not interested in purchasing a rug, tell him to skip that stop, but if you are interested, it is a very high quality store, and the loom demonstration is interesting. Omar will stay with you as long as you need- we ran out of steam before he did!!

Old city tour - I was picked up by Murat's representatives and was transferred to my hotel in Istanbul. I felt like it was good coordinated, and I felt like I always felt informed. The transfer vehicle was clean and spacious. Next day we have a walking tour around the city center where we went to the Topkapi palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar and other places which we really enjoyed. We also were recommending an excellent place to eat. Our guide Ken was really knowledgeable, and we felt he was very comprehensive. The only part I didn't like was that we when to 4 stores where they were really persistent to buy souvenirs the worst was the Turkish rug store where we were pressured to buy a $700 rug. Aside from that the tour was amazing, beware that you'll have to walk about 15000 steps.

One day in Istanbul - The company and drivers we nice and professional. The guide knew all the important historical facts and was very helpful in taking pictures. I was a little disappointed by the high cost to get into all the sites, but probably my fault for not researching enough. $60/person to get into the palace is more expensive than any historical site I’ve ever been to and I’ve travelled a lot.
