Great pick up - The meet, greet and drive to destination was seamless with professional services. Greeters and driver were efficient and helpful.

Well organized airport transfer - Very detailed instructions for where to meet were sent via WhatsApp chat several days prior to arrival. The process was well organized, but did include a few stops along the way: 1) Meet just outside IST arrivals and wait for other travelers (as needed) 2) Walk to parking structure, take elevator down to area where shuttles pass and wait for shuttle that would take me to the hotel. 3) Board shuttle and go to hotel.

Quick transfer - Transfer was quick and safe. The only downside was that the inside of the provided transportation smelled smoke (cigars).

Great - Our driver was polite, friendly, and courteous. We were satified with his drivibg skills. Good , I would like recommend to my friends !

Chaos with prebooked airport transport. - Meeting up with our taxi was pretty chaotic. I don’t know if it’s always like this at Istanbul airport or just our day. I was expecting someone with a sign near where you exit from customs but no one was there. I called the office number and he directed me to a distant street exit. Directions to this place could have been sent in advance. There we waited about 30 minutes till eventually we were taken to the garage to wait some more till our driver arrived. I understand how busy it is and how bad traffic is but advanced warning about the procedure would have helped.

Not what I expected but OK - I was advised to proceed to a certain location and at that location i was advised to gather with a number of others awaiting rides. After several minutes the group was escorted to another location where we each waited for our individual transportaton, another 15 or so minutes. The ride to my hotel was good. I guess I expected to see a person with a sign with my name on it like most other airport pickups.

Good cars, but delay is too long - The ride itself was fine and the car itself was nice. From the moment I arrived at the meeting place to the point I departed the airport was nearly 25 minutes. There isn't a private car waiting for you. They have a pool of cars and a queue of people so you're basically getting in line once you arrive. This is the second time I've had this wait with this particular company.

Good Driver but not well organized for our trip and unsafe taxi transfer - Our ride was not at the airport on time and we had to wait. The drivers were good and no complaints to them. Eventually we told that we would be taken to a transfer point to another vehicle. We ended up being transferred to another vehicle on the bend of a busy highway - it was unsafe as we were pulled over on the curve of the highway and walking along the slope of the ditch to get to the other car. One of the people arranging the drive harassed us for a tip and when i gave him a few dollars he complained he wanted more and wanted USD.

Humorous arrival in turkey - The most memorable was how disorganized this operation was. You go to the location look for a number you are greeted by the host who spoke very poor english and you are told to wait until they have the rest of the passengers once that happens they take you to the location where the vehicles are and you are told to wait one more time. The whole process takes about an hour. The hosts were not very cordial either. What was really tops was the vehicle that they gave us it was the turquish version of an rv. Very cute the driver was very nice.

Driver left me out on the cold for thirty minutes, then accused me of being late. - My flight was meant to land at 655 am, I texted that it was delayed. we ended up being 'wheels down' at 6:45, anf then I had long lines at passport control and for my luggage. There'a lonnnnng walk to the meetup point, which I found at 8:10. I sent a message to the operator that no one was there. someone else grabbed me and said 'wait there' I waited for 10 or so minites in 32 degree cold rain. Then another person btought me to the lower level of the parking garage where I waited another 5 minutes for a driver WHO YELLED AT ME FOR MAKING HIM WAIT FOR OVER TWO HOURS. I spent the entire uncomfortable car right back in tears, and the driver refused to turn off the party bus music. The owner is no sending me personally insulting and threatening text messages because I sent an official complaint to viator. AVOID SERVICE. Is is absolutely unprofessional. Get a cab!
