Great tour with Friendly and caring guides! - Great experience! The morning was the SUP or canoe. I did the canoe but recommend the SUP as I was the only one who didn’t get the memo that the SUP is way more awesome! Don’t make the same mistake as me! There is a 2 hour break for lunch on your own which was unexpected but actually was good… no risk of average food since you pick it yourself! The snorkeling was by far the highlight. Going alone to do the snorkeling in this special spot would not be practical so having guides is critical. The team guiding us really gave us a great and safe experience. The only challenge can be if you are the only English speaking person on the tour like I was. About 90% of the stuff said was in Japanese and not translated for me. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience and Loui (one of the amazing guides) did her best to translate as much of the content as possible.

Amazing and Real experience - A real adventure feeling snorkeling at the blue cave and in the sea, these guys have real knowledge of the area and will take you to the best spots, they have the best energy and their english is perfect, the instructions are clear and they will keep you safe without being overprotective, the whole experience feel very free and friendly! they are very punctual too! can recommend it 100% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we tried the mangrove SUP tour and the snorkeling in the blue cave, both were awesome

Exceed expectations - It’s about 1 month late, but I promised to write a excellent review since the tour guides are awesome and activities were well organized! Especially want to mention that tour guides, they are very knowledgeable, almost know every tree grows in the region. When they are introducing about the plants, rocks, some little tiny animals, or even insects, or the stars in the sky… all you hear is not just the description about the objectives, more the love for Okinawa islands from them.❤️ Oh! For the girls if you want to get some great pictures of your trip, please find a tour guy names “Takuya.O” he speaks English very well and takes great pictures as well😁👍

What are you waiting for? - The mangroves/blue cave experience was absolutely worth it. You get to see a lot of what Ishigaki has to offer in a day (with a lunch break between the two activities). I had lots of fun and found the activities to be quite relaxing. Given it was my first time doing both SUP & snorkelling, I felt really comfortable under the guidance of the entire team. They are patiently with you every step of the way and are also very knowledgeable. I would recommend this for anyone spending a couple days or so on Ishigaki.

Great day out - Really friendly, helpful and organised set up. We booked really late the night before and were helpfully contacted in advance to organise hotel pickup etc. The guides were brilliant throughout the day. Yusuke in particular was good fun and his enthusiasm for Ishigaki was infectious. Excellent restaurant recommendations also! I would highly recommend this tour.

FANTASTIC - Wow what a fantastic day! We didn't realise but there would be a break in-between both activities for lunch in town which was unexpected but welcomed! Both our tour guides were fantastic and spoke English. The kayaking was so much fun on the river and we got on with our tour guide really well and had a laugh. We loved it. In the afternoon we did the snorkeling and blue cave - the snorkeling was the best I've ever done it was absolutely stunning like being inside an aquarium! So many fish and intricate corals and rockeries. We were sent photos of the day which was great. We actually did some litter picking when we were kayaking which we suggested to our tour guide that they should encourage people to do if they see some rubbish in the mangroves. At the beach there was a lot of rubbish brought in from the tide - it would be good if they could suggest to everyone to try bring at least one piece back with them as the beach would be clear in no time! Highly recommend - fantastic day out.

So amazing. - This activity was fantastic. Ninja and the rest of the crew were very helpful, knowledgeable, personable and entertaining. The crew was aware of everyone to ensure enjoyment and safety. The mangrove forest was amazing. The weather was such that we couldn’t snorkel at the Blue Cave but were able to go to Osaki Beach. The equipment was very functional and made for a great time. There were so many fish of amazing colors and a couple of sea turtles.

Amazing beautiful experience! - We had an amazing time! The company reached out a couple of times before hand to make sure we were ok with non English speaker and change of snorkeling location and would change or cancel if needed but we were fine with both and had an amazing female guide who was very attentive to our 6yr old and made sure she felt safe and had fun the whole time! She was extremely experienced and had all the necessary gear. We were picked at our hotel the Intercontinental and after snorkeling had a 2 hr break, then picked up for the kayaking! Both places we visited were incredibly beautiful! And we still had time after to swim at our pool. Would definitely recommend and book again! Thank you!

Not worth the time or money! Tourist trap! - When you book the tour it says it includes pick up service, but beware, if you are too far north, they will say you have to come to a meeting point in the south of the island. It starts too early to take the bus and a taxi will cost 35€ one way. So you can add 70€ to the price of this tour if you have a hotel in the north somewhere. The day schedule is 1 hour snorkeling in the morning and 1 hour SUP or kayak in the mangrove in the afternoon. That is it. The rest is transportation and around noon they just let you get lunch for two hours in the small town. The snorkeling itself is nice and the kayaking too, but for this price, it is not worth it. Snorkeling gear is easily rented elsewhere much cheaper (for example at jelly fish Yonohara beach) and even my hotel had a couple of kayaks available for 15€ and a mangrove river close by (Sunset Cove, also available for visitors). And forget about snorkeling at blue cave. We had perfect weather, no waves, no wind and they said the conditions weren't good (refusing to explain the reason) so they took us to Osaki beach. Nice place, but you can easily go there yourself. We were only on the island for 3 days and feel like we wasted a day with them. The tour guides are very nice guys though.
