• Peyto Lake - Located in Banff National Park, this stunning natural wonder is renowned for its vibrant turquoise color, caused by glacier rock flour suspended in the water. Best viewed from Bow Summit along the Icefields Parkway, the lake resembles a wolf’s head, offering a unique and picturesque sight. • Mount Rundle Viewpoint - Mt. Rundle could be considered a small mountain range as it extends over 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) on the south side of the Trans-Canada Highway eastward from Banff to Canmore, with seven distinct peaks along the way. The third peak southeast of Banff is the highest at 9,675 feet (2,949 m).
