• Laad Bazaar - Laad Bazaar, also known as Choodia Bazaar, is a famous and historic market renowned for its shopping souvenirs, especially bangles. It is one of the oldest markets in Hyderabad, evoking memories of its glittering past as a vibrant bridal bazaar.
• Gulzar Houz - Gulzar Houz was constructed 350 feet equidistant from the surrounding Char Kaman. Initially 12-sided, it became octagonal and today appears almost circular. It was an octagonal-shaped water reservoir made to quench the thirst of soldiers, traders, and travelers.
• Char Kaman - Char Kaman, meaning four gates, was built in 1592 by the founder along with Gulzar Houz, about 75 meters north of Charminar. The four grand arches are named Charminar Kaman, Machli Kaman, Kali Kaman, and Sher-e-Batil-Ki-Kaman. These 50-foot-high arches mark an open square, in front of which a Qutb Shahi palace once stood.
• Pathergatti Road - Pathar Gatti was constructed during the reign of the last Nizam of Hyderabad State, Mir Osman Ali Khan, in 1911. Named Pathargatti due to its stone construction, it was designed by the renowned engineer Vishveshwaraiah in a unique Osmanian architectural style.
• Badshahi Ashurkhana - An Ashurkhana is a place of mourning for Shia Muslims on Ashura, the 10th day of Muharram. Established by Muhammed Quli Qutb Shah in 1594, the city has numerous Ashurkhanas following the completion of Charminar to mark the new city of Hyderabad in 1591. The vibrant tile-mosaic decoration was completed under Abdullah Qutb Shah in 1611. After the Mughal conquest of Hyderabad, Aurangzeb used it as a horse stable for the Mughal cavalry, displaying Sunni sectarianism.
• Golconda Fort - Originally known as Mankal, Golconda Fort was built on a hilltop in 1143. Initially a mud fort under the Rajah of Warangal, it was later fortified between the 14th and 17th centuries by the Bahmani Sultans and the ruling Qutub Shahi dynasty. Golconda was the main capital of the Qutub Shahi kings. The inner fort contains ruins of palaces, mosques, and a hilltop pavilion, which rises about 130 meters high and offers a panoramic view of other buildings.

Initially called Shepherd’s Hill, meaning Golla Konda in Telugu, legend has it that a shepherd boy discovered an idol on this rocky hill, and the information was conveyed to the ruling Kakatiya king at the time. The king built a mud fort around this sacred spot, and after 200 years, the Bahamani rulers took control of the area. Later, the Qutub Shahi kings transformed it into a massive granite fort extending 5 km in circumference.
