Would do it again!! - Incredible experience. Amr was our tour guide and he was lovely. The quad and buggy was an unforgettable experience. The mountain climb was a great surprise. The bedouin village was incredible to experience with fresh bread and tea being made and served. very prompt with pick up and drop off from hotel. Food at the end was delicious and the belly dance and fire show was the perfect end to a great day.

Safari - It was nice to be with the veteran tour guide Amr. Thanks to the fast handling, I was able to do without waiting on ATVs and camel rides. A friendly intern came along and took a lot of photos and left a video. I highly recommend this tour :)

Safari - Amr was the best. Our safari experience was absolutely unforgettable! The adventure started with a thrilling ride on quad bikes – an adrenaline-filled trail, breathtaking views, and perfectly planned stops to enjoy the scenery. Next, we switched to buggies, which added even more excitement – sandy trails, winding paths, and an incredible sense of freedom. Finally, the jeep ride was the perfect way to wrap up the day, offering a mix of comfort and adventure while exploring stunning landscapes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and adventurous experience!

Desert safari - We had an enjoyable trip. We were picked up from our hotel in the morning and taken to the desert safari location. We spent around two hours riding quad bikes and buggy carts. In the evening, we enjoyed dinner and watched a couple of presentation shows. Overall, I would rate the experience 4.5 out of 5.

Horrible experience...avoid - There were so many issues with this tour but the main were: Here are a list of the problems today so far .. 1. We were picked up in a spacious safari jeep but changed shortly after to a smaller vehicle. There were 3 adults and 3 children where 2 of the children had to travel in laps. This was not safe. The vehicle was not air conditioned and the passenger window did not work. 2. I was told I could pay the government tax by card so did not carry money. I was then told at the ATV place this could not be done. Eventually their card machine worked but they wanted to charge in EGP so applied a random conversion rate until I corrected them. 3. There was a lot of waiting without any explanation. 4. Our 'guide' was named Al Jaid and he was awful. He didn't explain anything throughout the tour and therefore didn't really guide. Luckily this was our second tour in Hurghada (the first being with a different company) so we knew this was well below par. 5. There were Far too many people in the safari jeep, we were practically on top of each other. There were 10 adults and 4 children in the jeep which is very bad. It was hot and stuffy and when going over the dunes it was very uncomfortable. 6. No water was offered. We had to ask several times and were told water would not be given until dinner, a full 6 or so hours after the tour started. On top of that, when we asked for water at the village (4 hours after the tour started) we were given local water twice, in unsealed bottles stating this was all that was available. 7. When we raised this on WhatsApp later we were simply told water was available and offered but this is incorrect. The ATV part was fine, the village was far too manufactured, lots of waiting for a 10 minute tour (after a 30 mins vehicle ride). Dinner was not good either, the show was okay. This customer service is just awful. Al Jaid just kept asking us to not give a bad review. This isn't a bad review, it's an honest one, AVOID! There are plenty of other tours on Viator, try and find one from Scorpion Safari who really know how to treat their customers.
