Fabulous Farm to Table Cooking Class - Chef Linh was very nice, he picked me up with the driver and go to the farm together. It was around 1.5-2hrs drive. Depending on the traffic. We first went to the farm pick up the herbs and veggies we need to the class Chef Linh explained the use of each herbs and what the function of each. Then we went back to the room for cooking class. The taste of the dishes we cooked were good. And easy to prepare. I highly recommend this activity when u come to Ho Chi Minh City.

Great experience that we'd do again. - What an amazing day. We were picked up a few minutes early from our Saigon hotel. We arrived to a warm welcome at the cooking school. We spent 30 minutes outside in the garden picking fruits, vegetables and herbs for our meal. We made and appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert. We had expert instruction and prepared and cooked everything ourselves. The food was delicious and it was a marvelous experience.

Don’t miss out on this!!! - Fantastic experience. My father and I loved it. We went to pick up some veggies from outside and got a very good explanation of the different farming techniques. Then we had an excellent cooking class with Alice, who not only was super friendly and very insightful but also changed the menu to accommodate for no meat.

Cooking school and farm experience - What a great tour! Zan was a wonderful guide and chef and I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the farm from him. Then we got down to business and cooked four dishes that were delicious. I was the only participant on the tour that morning and I definitely felt like I was getting a private one on one cooking lesson. Fantastic experience and a great way to spend a morning in Ho Chi Minh City!

Cooking class with Zan - A fun and informative experience resulting in a delicious lunch! This is also a great way to get out of the city and experience an organic farm in the countryside about 45 minutes from Saigon. My husband and I were the only ones there and got a private lesson with Zan, who was very caring and informative. We toured the garden, picked fresh vegetables, herbs, and peanuts, and learned about the culinary and medicinal properties of the produce. Then we used the items we had harvested to prepare prawn spring rolls, BBQ pork with a noodle and veggie salad, stir fried chicken, and banana rolls with coconut ice cream. The cooking was completely hands-on with close supervision. Pickup and drop-off were arranged by Zan and were completely seamless. Facilities are beautiful and clean. A wonderful end to our trip.

Organic farm to Table, first class experience - Great experience on an organic farm about 90 minutes south of downtown Ho Ch Minh. Zan really cared to make my experience memorable. Firstly an amazing education of the gardens and we picked all the ingredients for our cooking class. Learnt so much much, like what determines the heat of chili and how to grow oyster mushrooms. So much to absorb. After a short snack of fresh fruit and cashews from their farm we started. I won’t be a spoiler but we cooked an appetizer, two mains and a dessert with lots of marinades, dressings and dipping sauces. Liked it so much bought the cook book and cashews. A great morning. Be prepared for a long drive due to traffic. Well done Zan!!

A Must for Foodies! - Definitely recommended! We were taken to their garden to gather the ingredients and to learn more about some local herbs and fruits. Then, Chef Zan taught us the basics of Vietnamese cuisine and guided on how to prepare fresh and delicious dishes.

Amazing cooking class - This was a favorite part of our 2 week Vietnam trip. Alice was our chef and guide. She was amazing. It was a totally private experience with just our family. Our children ages 8, 6 & 4 loved picking the vegetables and herbs we were going to cooking with. Alice was an amazing chef and such a joy to be with all day. She helped our 4 year old cook while 2 other team members helped our other children so my husband and I could enjoy the cooking class as well. The food we made was delicious and we learned a lot. The kids were so proud they cooked their own food. We also did the cui chi tunnels as part of our tour. Alice turned from chef to amazing tour guide and gave us a very informative tour of the war remnants that was appropriate for all ages. I highly recommend this tour for families. It was such a special experience and truly the cooking class your dream of for your Vietnam vacation.
