Excellent service - Seamless pick-up at the airport and transport to our hotel in Tokyo. There was excellent communication with the company from the time of booking until the actual pick-up. I felt confident that the service would be provided aa expected and was not disappointed.

Smooth pickup at airport - Smooth pickup at the airport. The booking includes a wait time (from the time the airplane landed) which was enough for us to get through customs and immigration. The driver messaged us when we were at luggage collection. He asked for a photo of our cases so he identify us on our way out.

Unclear cancellation procedure results in overcharge. - I worked directly with car service provider canceling and rebooking service due to flight delays. However was charged each time for service cancellation outside of window. One is correct but second is not. I canceled the second booking with the car service in the required time for a refund but not Viator. Didn’t realize that I had to cancel with Viator. Car service didn’t inform Viator. When I asked for a refund and explained I was refused. Thus I paid for 2 car service transfers and used none. I used a taxi for the transfer.
