Lots of fun! Highly... - Lots of fun! Highly recommend this. A bit of walking involved. Wear better shoes than I did. I was still totally fine but would have preferred other shoes

Great Experience Great Tour Guide - Very memorable experience. I suggest going first thing in the morning to escape the heat. There are tour guides at every animal enclosure who are very kind and knowedgable. One guide in particular named Jefferson truly made the experience unforgettable. He was very passionate about the wildlife—especially the toucans. He shared so many interesting facts about their behavior, diet, and individual personalities, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the animals and their wellbeing. He was very knowledgeable, but also approachable and kind. He answered all of my questions with patience and enthusiasm, and his energy really stood out and made the whole experience that much more meaningful. Highly recommend taking a tour, and talking with Jefferson if you get the chance.

Tour of animal park! - Great spot to see the animals from costa rica! They had staff floating around to answer questions we may have had. I think private tours would be a fantastic thing there.

A great mix of everything! - We had a wonderful time at the park. We did the zipline first thing in the morning when the park opened before it got too hot. Water was available at the hook-in points. On the bus back to the lockers I met an awesome employee named Keneth. I asked him who he was feeding and he said “you” and handed me some carrots. We had a good laugh and I enjoyed the snack. He invited us to come to the farm for the cultural tour. We did the animals sanctuary after zipline and it was pleasantly shady in most areas. The popsicles are delicious at the drink/snack bar. We were able to see all the animals even though they were resting for the day. My favorite was the marmoset. We had lunch which had good selection and a great view and worked our way back to the farm. Ken or Kenneth greeted us upon arrival at the farm/cultural tour and was thrilled to see us. He really went above and beyond with our experience and has great humor!! Yeehaw! All in all, everyone was very welcoming , informative and helpful. Thank you!

Great experience! - We absolutely loved our experience. The cultural tour includes a visit to the animal sanctuary. They feed the sloth at 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. That was really fun to see. You can enter an enclosure with the toucans which my kids really enjoyed. For the cultural tour itself you sit in a chair in a building with fans for most of the time so it is relaxing and cooler than being outside. We got to taste coffee and mix our own chocolate. If you are staying at the Riu you can exit by the “beach path” which is near the hanging bridge and it is a short walk back to the hotel. On the path we saw a family of wild monkeys in the trees and tons of iguanas.

Make time in Costa Rica for Diamante Eco Park - Four 60 year old adults spent a memorable morning at Diamante Eco Adventure Park on 3/20/25. We were awed by the frog pavilion and the incredibly knowledgeable staff. We next saw crocodiles, gorgeous tucans, leopards, monkeys, snakes, and more. The “snake lady“ carefully explained the venomous nature of some snakes in Costa Rica and what a rattle means prior to a snake strike. Had we been a few years younger we would’ve taken the zip line with full ocean view. It was a morning well spent and well worth the admission fee.

Wonderful self-discovery tour for adults and kids a like. - Wonderful experience and friendly staff. Did the self tour and was able to take lots of time looking at the animals. They also had a ropes type playground/obstacle course for the kids while waiting for the shuttle bus. It was also nice that they had a self-filing water station in the middle of the animal park (as well as a place to buy water and snacks).
