Phenomenal - Phenomenal time. Guides were helpful and made sure we had a fun and safe experience.

Amazing! - The staff was so great very kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Despite there being a crowd we weren't waiting long at all to get on the ziplines. The was practically no walking so great for those who can't walk a long distance. They also keep ice cold water at each station which was much needed in the heat. Overall best excursion by far.

Great Experience! - We had a blast doing the zipline tour. We went with our 9, 10 and 11 year old kids and they enjoyed it as well. You do have to be 60lbs to participate. The experience was well run, the guides were helpful and it felt incredibly safe. The Superman ride was so unique and amazing to be on a zipline for that long! One of our kids was too small to do the ziplining, so she did the Animal Park with one of our adults and it was the perfect activity and amount of time for her to do while the others did ziplining. We stayed at the RIU Palace, super close, so the free pickup and 5 min drive made this a nice morning excursion...we were gone from the resort for only 2.5 hours, which was a nice break from some of the full day experiences we did.

Great zipline!! - The experience was well organized, the team was experienced and very knowledgeable of how to position when using zipline. There is over 5 ziplines with the famous superman zipline which all felt amazing. The whole experience of all the ziplines was over an hour.

Great experience - We had a great time on the zip lines! The Superman run is crazy fun and will absolutely take you out of your comfort zone, but so worth it.

Super fun! - Great way to spend the day! My older kid and husband did the zipline tour which they loved, while my youngest and I enjoyed the animal sanctuary and cultural tour. Worth it!

Amazing but haven’t received the photos!! - Loved the entire zip line experience! The Superman was amazing! Normally I get very nervous with heights but I was just excited! Still waiting for my photos tho and it’s been 4 days :/ called and emailed a few times and still waiting. Really want those to show friends and family how amazing it was!

A lot of waiting!!! - I found the wait very long! We took the option 4 zip lines ... at Super Man we waited 1 hour with our harness on our back ... I find it a shame that they do not always make 2 people at once ... it is endless in the heat this wait!

Experience was fun, but customer service was beyond horrendous - We booked this excursion through Nexus Tours at our resort. The Nexus guys were great. The zip line excursion started out exactly on time and despite a little bit of a chaotic check-in experience, we got right into the very first tour available after our check in time. The guide crew was taking pictures right from the start which we were immediately interested in buying. We thoroughly enjoyed the zip lines and the guides were knowledgeable and took extreme precautions with respect to our safety. Overall, a really great and memorable day! Unfortunately, this is where the adventure turned very sour. We very much wanted to purchase photos of our experience, which we did for $12 each. This process was very rushed due to the departure time of our shuttle back to the resort. I was able to quickly choose some photos for purchase (and to preserve our memories) and was given a card with the photo number, date and time of the tour. After paying for the photos I was assured they would be emailed to me within 48 hours. After this email failed to arrive, I sent an email to Diamante customer service asking about the photo and detailing exactly which ones I had chosen. What I received back were photos that were not only NOT the ones I chose, they weren't even of our family! I immediately emailed again asking for the correct photos with no response. Since that time I've emailed no less than five times attempting to get my photos or a refund for what I spent on them and every time I've been completely ignored by this company. That is a totally classless and unacceptable way to deal with customers. I admit that the adventure was well worth it and would do it again, but don't be tricked or fooled into buying any photos from this company as my experience shows that they are completely unreliable in getting you what you paid for or even giving a simple response to attempt to rectify it. This is an insulting and unacceptable way to treat paying customers, especially those that desperately want to preserve photos memories of what could have been a once in a lifetime experience. This lack of customer service definitely put a huge damper on what otherwise would have been a great experience.

Not great followup customer serivce - We had to leave following zip lining because the shuttle waiting for us was scheduled to leave so did not get photos. I have reached out multiple times with zero response. Especially after they responded where to email. Getting setup for zip lining took a really long time as did the checkin process. If you pre paid, there should be a faster checkin process. Disappointed to not be sent the pictures to purchase after. Great shuttle driver though! He was fantastic.
