Fun fab food in great surroundings. Made us laugh and smile. - As always amazing service. My vegan burger was the best I have tasted it was sooooo tasty. Andy our waiter was incredible. He was happy to help. Chatty and fun. Once he knew we were visiting he gave us the incredible recommendation for Speak in Code.

1st time at HRC, would definitely recommend x - Had a lovely experience at Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester. We were running 5minutes late but staff were super nice and said wasn’t a problem. We were seating and our server Bex was very friendly and accommodating when I requested a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu. We had a set menu with a great selection. Service was fast and polite. Great value for money. Would definitely return.

Above average Hard Rock Cafe - As an avid Hard Rock Cafe visitor this one ranks high on my list! It’s a Spacious restaurant with some of the most interesting memorabilia, the servers seem genuinely interested by it all and know so many interesting facts about each piece. The food is always good but my only criticism is the price, yes the portions are huge but £17 for a burger is never acceptable

Do not ask for Guacamole. - Our server was lovely and went above and beyond for us, the food was amazing. We had boneless wings and nachos and then a burger and fajitas. The issue we had was over the transparency of cost, for example I asked for the guacamole to be used with my nachos, and then when the fajitas came, kept the same guacamole as we had not used it all. When the bill came, I’d been changed £4.95 for the guacamole even though it comes with the fajitas. We discussed this with our server the bill came and he apologised but couldn’t do anything about it and said that is how much guacamole costs, even though I didn’t use the one from the fajitas as I said I’d keep this one. I’ve never been anywhere where a portion of guacamole costs £4.95. If our server had been transparent about the costs I’d have just said I’ll use the one that comes with the fajitas and not have to pay £4.95.

Disappointing - Our food, the atmosphere and the service we received does not warrant this price tag. I had the vegetarian burger and it was the exact burger they serve in McDonald's. It's a nice burger, but when I tipped my fries onto my plate, it also looked like a Maccies meal. The plates from our starters and sides stayed our table for the duration of our main meal. We had to pile them up ourselves, so we had room on the table. The servers were attentive overall but they appeared to be understaffed. They were really polite and helpful. One of our party has an allergy and they went over and above to ensure that he had what he needed. Being Mothers' Day, perhaps it was busier than usual.

Ok, The Style Of Cooking Here is becoming the Norm - An old concept and starting to look a little dated. Bouncy happy servers, but not got the style to carry it off. The tables are also a bit packed in, and its a little awkward to move around. The food was quite nice, very out of a bag; cook, plate, and add sauce or salad, with the prawns being the most obvious (and a little cold). I had a mixed fajita, and it was not too bad, but the steak was a little cool. You get generous portions, but there is a price tag for that. Would I go again? - yes, but not by choice.

Food on Point, Service not so much.. - Hard Rock is an amazing place for all ages. I’ve been to many of their restaurants around the world since I was young, and as it was my birthday the day previous I wanted to take my partner for her first time. The decor is obviously the key focus, and you can’t fault it. Barring staple items you can see changes and they clearly like to keep it a little fresh with new bits from time to time. Food and drink are on the expensive side, but to be expensive in a large city and a large establishment such as HR. Nonetheless the meal and drinks were certainly worth the value. However the service we received was on the poor side. Servers appeared to be rather short mannered to me and my partner, and frankly it rather dulled the mood. Alongside this I had to ask 3 different servers for a simple side of Mayonnaise, at which point I had finished my burger and my partner was around halfway through her meal. Once we had finished, it took around 10 minutes to get a server to collect our plates, and when I asked for the bill it was another 10-15 minute way. People may argue that it was busy, but I can say for a Saturday afternoon it was rather quiet, and it was reflected in the food wait times (around 10 minutes after ordering). Once the bill had arrived I noticed the 10% gratuity that was already placed on my bill without asking. I often leave a tip (usually around 5%), but the fact that this was placed on my bill without asking and the service I had received prior made me ask for this to be taken off. Ensue another 5-10 minute wait for my bill to be changed, and some rather rude stares from the members of staff in the back. Overall while the food was excellent and the vibe was fantastic, the service was rude and I can only hope that others do not have to experience the terrible staffing that we did.

Soft rock experience at the Hard Rock cafe - Nice and friendly staff. Bit disappointed with the food. Food only ok for the money.. first course and main course came at the same time.

Super bowl experience - Booked and paid for the super bowl experience. We turned up at 9.15pm and was seated and had drinks and food and at 10.45pm we were then informed that hard rock cafe will now not be showing the super bowl game as they had not had approval to stay open late. Had to then leave and find somewhere else to watch the game at 11pm. Before we left we also did not get a view of the big screen which was very poor even if we had been able to watch the game there not having a view of the big screen would have been a huge let down as well.
