Fantastic burgers and rock star quality service - We had a pre-matinee lunch here on 11 May as part of our daughter's 10th birthday celebrations. Great setting in Mayfair, had a lovely sunny stroll through Green Park first. We sat on the terrace. Our server was Louise and she was fantastic, very quick and attentive service in a friendly, efficient style. She told us this was the flagship branch and about the museum next door and memorabilia inside (we later went to check this out including the famous Eric Clapton guitar!) Louise made a lovely fuss of our daughter's birthday including bringing out an ice cream sundae with candles and getting everyone to sing. Daughter is a bit shy but she was SO impressed! The food was fantastic, the nicest burgers I can remember having and really good value for such nice food and overall great experience. Thank you Hard Rock Cafe and please give Louise a pay rise!

The memorabilia was great... - The memorabilia was great and the food was excellent.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience. Great food and great staff. In particular Matt and Jade (who was training I believe) were excellent, they made our experience really special and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. We actually asked for the service charge to be raised to reflect their service. 10/10 - thank you both!

A 10/10 experience - I hadn’t been to the Hark Rock since I was a child, so was super excited to recreate the memories…And it didn’t disappoint!
The food was delicious, but the staff were impeccable. From the team on the door to our incredible waitress, Acushla, who totally made the experience.
Acushla took care of us as if we were guests in her own home and made our meal one to remember.

Birthday Family Lunch - Not Bad - Good Experience, friendly staff, busy although felt looked after. Restaurant is compact but great atmosphere.
Food was hot and a good quality.
Downside -
Lack of draught beers choice as they had run out, offered alternative via bottles which we appreciated.
Service charge of 12.5% is automatically added to your bill which when questioned advised this is split to the staff. I'd rather have this removed and reward my server personally. It seems this cannot be done so wasn't pleased with this.

Voucher does not give access to traditional menu - Slightly disappointing. The Hard Rock experience itself was great. The restaurant and all the memorabilia are amazing. All the staff were great, but our menu was disappointing. I had no idea that using the voucher bought from Viator would no allow us to choose from the traditional Hard Rock Cafe menu. I was prepared to pay the difference in price and order from the menu, but was told it wasn’t possible. I will be going back to the Hard Rock Cafe, but not with this voucher.

Where is the "hardrock" - This has nothing to do with hardrock like they played pop songs in the HARDROCK CAFÉ. Everything is overpriced and all the shirt there are about the fact that this is the hardrock café. The food was fine but this is still not THE HARD ROCK CAFÉ this is just Café shop.

Tamer Ahmed - Didn’t end up making it to this beautiful establishment due to one of your apparent staff members harassing me on Snapchat telling me to not show my body by the name of Tamer Ahmed.
Very angry, young gentleman After this experience, I don’t think I will be visiting this venue as I will feel unsafe.
