Hard Rock fun - Absolutely fantastic. Gurdy was a superb host. Very welcoming and funny. Food and drink top notch. Will definitely be back! Try the loaded fries - divine!

Fab Experience at The Original Hard Rock Cafe - We had Gold menu. It is a limited menu but we all knew we wanted the burger so it suited us. The food was great and we thought it was great value. We decided to get cocktails with the meal and use the included drink as a coffee at the end of the meal which worked great for us. The staff were fabulous. I’d had to call them as tube stations were closed which meant would be late. We did have to wait a little bit but they accommodated us and were really good about it which we were grateful for especially considering how busy they were. I’d definitely do this again and overeating my party.

Lively environment with good food - It's an alternative to the nearby Hard Rock in Piccadilly, which is always more crowded and offers the same menu.
Discreet food in the tradition of the chain but what matters is the atmosphere and especially the memorabilia on display, obviously with various Beatles objects.
Fast and courteous service.

One of our favs when in London or on holiday. - We always go here when we’re away as we quite like the food/menu. Mediocre on our visit this time. Food wasn’t as nice as we expected. Neither were the drinks. They had a kids eat free offer running but it wasn’t advertised anywhere and they didn’t advise while we were being seated either. Disappointing on this occasion.

A neutral experience - The 1. HRC, this is where it all started, is a must for all HRC friends. Unfortunately, the employees are not caught up in the hard rock spirit. They are friendly in terms of business, but the decisive spark - and thus the unique selling proposition of the HRC worldwide - was not noticeable. Partly it may be due to stress, but even in quieter phases it was
"just one restaurant" like so many others.
The food and drinks were delicious.

Not impressed this time round - Booked a table online for four at 6pm. Didn’t get our table til 6.25pm. Food came out luke warm especially the shrimp. Ordered steak fajitas came with four wraps but the cheese was only enough to put on one (I’m not greedy btw). Just wasn’t as good as last time we visited. If you’re after the HR experience go to the Piccadilly one.

Nice restaurant and staff but low quality cheap food at a high cost. Paying only for the brand name. - Staff were polite and we were sat down in good time. Great guy on the front desk very kind and efficient. Inside was nice like most Hardrock cafes, music playing and we had a good table near the window. My issue and why I wouldn’t return to this restaurant was the very low quality food, very dry bread and the pulled pork was dry and minimal to what it used to be. Small potion of over fried cheap French fries. The food should be so much better! Made for cheap and quick service and a higher the average price.

Disappointing on all fronts! - The whole place looks dated. The food wasn’t great. All just felt a bit luke warm. The cocktails we sent back each time. Either too strong or just watery and just poured into a half pint glass. It has lost its excitement and just looks like a dated Wetherspoons inside. I would spend £200 somewhere else

Awful time food and MANAGER !! - AVOID AT all costs! Manager David is the rudest nastiest person ,Arogant has all staff shaking how he talks to them in front of customers .. he actually spat at one poor young girl food was awful really wish I had gone Piccadilly not park lane … utter chaos no organisation told has to wait 35 mins for table but counted 12 tables empty they ask you to wait at bar scheme to get you buying drinks !!! Hard Rock need to audit this place and manager urgently really letting the brand down

Miesester HRC Service ever - Very poor Service:
No food on the terrace
No cleaning wipes at Spare Ribs
No ketchup and mayo to the fries
Since we didn't want dessert, we weren't allowed to drink our drink either but should get up
Conclusion:
Buy a cap and shirt next door and go somewhere else to eat!
