Beautiful journey down the Thames - Fantastic trip down the Thames for a very reasonable price! We boarded at Canary Wharf and Malkeet made us immediately feel we were going to have a good time. He is hilarious and made our 20 minute wait very entertaining. The journey itself was beautiful and absolutely worth the £10 price. Would highly recommend!

Great Service from a Manger at Embankment - I Semi-Often get the boat from Embankment to Wandsworth, I got the boat on the 30th which was the Easter Saturday, I I just want to send particular thanks to the manager their called Kayleigh, due to a river race part of the river was closed and I wasn't sure I would be able to get home to Wandsworth, but Kayleigh kept me updated from the moment I arrived at the pier and just before getting on the boat making sure I was able to get home safe and sound. So thank you Very much!

Little slow but better than tube - Comfortable journey. Don't swipe in ticket until told to do so. I would have liked some info on what we were sering (even a map of route and what to look out for). CityCruisers point out viewpoints on route even on commuter service.

Overpriced, overcrowded, uncomfortable old boats and long waits at most piers. Avoid - Don't use if you a local. Wait times are at least 60 minutes or so as all the boats are full and it would take 3 or 4 boats to get on on busy piers like Greenwich or Canary Wharf. They are still running 20/30 year old boats but are charging prices multiple of the already over priced tube. I thought I would treat myself and have a stress free experience. Well, now I know and will just use the DLR and the tube instead

What a waste of time! - We waited for 45 minutes for a ferry that we were told would be there in 20 minutes. Then that ferry left with us standing on the pier with lots of space on the ferry for more passengers. We were told we would have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes AFTER we flagged down the stewards for an explanation. What a waste of time.

Awful do not use - We left the O2 arena last night and purchased two tickets. Boats were showing as running, one leaving in 2 minutes and another one 30 minutes later. We walked to board when the operator came running up saying no more boats. We told him we had purchased two tickets and he said we would have to apply for a refund. I have contacted customer services today and spoke with Dan who has point blank refused to refund our tickets due to Company policy. Absolutely disgusting do not use they take your money and do not provide the service and think you are not due a refund due to "Company Policy"
