Great time for London locals and tourists! - My flatmate and I had a great time on the Women on Westminister tour. We both learned so much about the city that we live in. It felt about 0 degrees all day, but it was worth the chill! Our guide was friendly and informative, and we discussed many topics about the women that we learned about. Could not recommend enough!

For travelers who love to learn - I learned so much! I’ve been wanting to take this tour for a year and when the opportunity presented itself, I seized the chance. I love women’s history, and this tour proved to me that there’s always more to discover. Our tour guide, Roslyn, was personable and knowledgeable. She expertly answered our questions and navigated our group of three through london, despite road closures and super cold temperatures. I’d absolutely go on another tour from Women of London and I plan to when my parents come to visit. I hope more tours like this one become available across the world.

Great walking tour - We had a wonderful Women of East London tour with Becky. We visited sites we wouldn’t have got to on our own and learned so much that was new to us. She was super accommodating, reminding people to let her know if they needed a coffee (jet lag is hard) or bathroom break along the way. We didn’t end up stopping, and the time flew by.

Nails the Walking-Tour Sweet Spot - Becky nailed the walking-tour sweet spot by providing our group with a coherent historical overview of the suffrage movement without dumbing that history down—she added plenty of complexity and texture to this history, especially when responding to questions. She is an incredibly skilled storyteller and experience designer. I would also add that she is very accommodating and flexible. On quite short notice, Becky adapted her Women of Westminster Walking Tour to provide a tour for students in our study abroad program focused on the suffrage movement in late-nineteenth- and early-twentieth-century London. Because of our large numbers (about 60 in total), Becky split our group in three and gave back-to-back-to-back tours. Everyone returned from their walking tour with great things to say about their experience and about Becky!
