A fantastic experience seeing some very cool neighbourhoods with Marta! - Well worth the tour of both stunning neighbourhoods. Booked online with the company the night before and set off at 6pm for a 2.5hour tour of these incredible neighbourhoods. Would have never found half the places on my own and the guide (Marta) was very knowledgeable, had excellent English and very positive. She answered lots of our questions along the way and made it fun for everybody. Well with joining one of these tours to see places and viewpoints that you would have missed otherwise!

A gorgeous place and a great guide. - We had so much fun exploring that part of the city. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the historical context offered by our tour guide (Josh) helped put everything in perspective. I would do it again if I'm ever back in town.

Wonderful experience! - We did the free morning tour around the city with Josh and we loved the experience. he was so nice, giving excellent explanations and historical stories. We decided to book the night tour with him as well and it was as great ! We clearly recommend to do these tours with Josh (English tours) he is the best and we learnt so much on Granada.

Perfect! - Josh lead us through an architectural and historical maze providing unusual insights and sights only a person intimately familiar with the area can do. Terrific job!

Awesome Granada Walking Tour - This wonderful walking tour to see Albaycin and Sacromonte areas in Granana definitely exceeded our expection. Oour tour guide is Jose. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He speaks really good English. Throughout this tour, he provided a lot of insights for us to understand more about this beautify city. He even took us to the best spots to see Alhambra in the evening. We are very pleased with the tour and would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Granada.

The company changed the meeting point without any advise. - We waited almost half an hour to the guide. He didn’t appear. Another guide from another company told us that the meeting was changed. We lost the opportunity of this tour

Tour operator didn’t show up - We showed up at the meeting place on time ( we even verified meeting spot ahead of time via WhatsApp in advance), but the tour operator was not at the location at all! I called the tour operator number Viator gave to me, the operator said they made a mistake, and suggested me to get a refund. So we ended up not able to visit the tour covered areas. Wasted our opportunity and time. Very frustrating.

We were never able to take the tour as the guide was not at meeting pls r - The tour guide at the meeting place on the ticket said he didn’t have our name on his list, so we couldn’t take the tour.

Cancelled 2 hours before start and no refund - I booked onto the English speaking Sacromonte and Albaycin Walking Tour. I called the day before to confirm the tour was taking place as this company has a 24 hour cancellation policy (for you) and they said it was. 2 hours bore the tour was due to start they called me to say the tour was cancelled due to low numbers. I cut short a hike to get back to the city in time so i was very disappointed. I asked for a refund and the girl explained her manager needed to process that and that they would call me back. I have not been contacted and have not received my refund. I ended up walking the same area by myself, there isn't any need to go with these guys, there are lots of plaques detailing the history of the buildings and the surrounding areas you can just read yourself.
