Amazi g day - An enriching experience. Arene de toros. With the very interesting museum. We had our eyes peeled. It's always interesting to see other cultures and traditions

Tour was not as described - Unfortunately, this tour was not as described on the Viator website. I was never able to access my travel voucher because it kept saying "trip/booking not found". The customer service phone number was answered in Spanish so I was unable to understand it. The tour guide had to eventually call me to give me directions as to where to meet her. Once inside the Cathedral, when the tour was over, I inquired about the Bullring, They had no idea what I was talking about but instructed me to walk over to the Bullring and show them my email. Of course, when we arrived there, they had no idea what this segment of the tour was and said it was not a valid voucher. So we had to pay over 100 Euros to enter the Bullring. I called Viator customer service asking for a partial refund and I was told I was past the date and that I should have called sooner. However, we just returned home from Spain and was not able to call sooner. I am currently fighting with them to get some of my money back. I would NOT book this tour.
