The best tour company - We booked with Memphis for our Jordan / Egypt trip in March / April 2024. Starting in Jordan, our driver / guide, Wasef, was amazing. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he accommodated all of our requests (ie stopping for lunch at 12pm daily, no matter where we were) each and everyday. We loved all of the activities that Memphis booked for us (cooking class, camel ride, 4x4 in Wadi Rum, horseback ride in Petra, etc) and made some incredible memories in Jordan. In Egypt, we had many guides / drivers. The ones who stood out included Emad in Cairo and Abdul during our Nile cruise. Abdul was very very accommodating - from making sure we were always standing in shade during hot days, to helping us navigate through the markets with vendors, to giving us as much information as possible when seeing temples, tombs and other ancient sites. He even made a call to have us undertake our hot air balloon ride a day earlier than originally planned to ensure that we were able to go on it in case it was cancelled on our original booked day. We really appreciated his time and knowledge and he even left the kids with their names written in hieroglyphs. Emad was great when we saw the Pyramids and Saqqra Necropolis. He made the history so interesting, especially for the kids. Thank you Memphis for making our trip so incredible!

Excellent experience - I took a 10-day trip between Egypt and Jordan, including Pyramids, Sphinx, Nile Cruise, visit to numerous temples, Petra, Jerash, Amman and Cairo. Everything was very cool and well organized. In Egypt, everyone spoke Portuguese, and in Jordan, English.

Tour Cairo, Nile Cruise, Marsa Alam Egypt April 2024 - I planned a holiday in Egypt in Cairo, Nile Cruise, Marsa Alam with Memphis Tour for April 2024. Sara Hakim followed us very well and was always very helpful and thorough with all the answers requested. The tour included a very detailed 10-day trip with hotels in Cairo for 3 nights, Nile cruise for 3 nights, hotels in Marsa Alam for 4 nights, internal flight Cairo/Aswan, tour guide in Italian during the visits included, composed as follows : Cairo, Pyramids of Giza / Sakkara, Islamic Cairo - Egyptian Museum, Aswan - Boarding - Excursions Aswan, Abu Simbel (Optional) - Kom Ombo, Edfu - East Bank Luxor, Disembarkation - Excursions West Bank Luxor - Marsa Alam, Marsa Alam , Marsa Alam, Marsa Alam, Final departure. In the end, due to a problem at work, unfortunately I couldn't leave and had to cancel the reservation. In any case, Sara Hakim followed me to resolve the problem and we agreed together on the best possible solution (voucher with unlimited expiry to be used for the next booking, for the total amount excluding a minimum penalty for the domestic flight).
