Boat 5's daily report - Booked a ninh binh day trip. Long was a great tour guide. He took care fo his group really well. I was happy to be able to be in his team. Tiring yet worth the time to visit one of the nicest place in Hanoi.

A day of Ninbinh -Bai Dinh and Tarn An Tour - Customer service is very good. Mr Long (tour leader)is friendly. Buffet is nice. Car is also very comfortable. It was fun with my friends.

“Ninh Binh” Place of Wonders! - Our trip to Ninh Binh was absolutely amazing and unforgettable! We visited Mua Cave, enjoyed a beautiful boat trip, and explored the largest and most impressive pagoda in Vietnam — truly breathtaking sights. Climbing all the way to the top of the mountain was an incredible experience and totally worth it! Our tour guide Long was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and attentive — we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide. And special thanks to our driver, who was always so patient, friendly, and waiting for us with a smile. Everything was perfectly organized, and we enjoyed every single moment. I 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam — it’s an experience you’ll never forget! 🌿🇻🇳✨

Good leader - It was not easy day for the trip because of the weather conditions due to rain and windy day. So, Cherry, she was our guide in the trip. She was very flexible with weather conditions and timing during the trip. Her skills of time management is excellent for the group.

Cherry made our trip - We did the tour with cherry on tripod and she was amazing! Cherry did an amazing job in keeping the energy high and everyone in a good mood all day! She also explained everything very nicely and cared alot for us. Unfortunately at the lunch spot when cherry took the team for the bikes, we stayed back and wanted the play table with the pool table. There was 2 tour guides there who work for the same company as cherry and was very very rude to us. They did not let us play the pool table, they took it for the whole time after we asked many times nicely. They kept telling us one more game and they were not letting the guests play. They spoke very rudely To us and was embarrassing us. This behaviour from your staff is not acceptable and guests who have paid money should be treated a lot better. I think you need to teach these boys how to be nice to your paying guests because it was awful. We informed cherry of this situation when we got back on the bus. Thank god we got cherry for our trip because she was so kind, happy and caring. Cherry is the best in your company.

A nice day trip from Hanoi - A nice day trip from Hanoi. The most interesting part is a long Vietnamese boat ride to Trang An immersed in nature and passing through caves.
