Excellent - A visit to the facilities is essential to learn about the detailed production of the cheese...and subsequent tasting. Everything is great, great cheese and the guide is charming. Do not miss it. Upcoming opening of a cheese museum.

recommended guide and tasting - Wonderful experience! We really enjoyed it and Elena got us more and more hooked on learning about the entire process involved in making cheese, and we ended with a tasting in which she taught us how to cut and eat it properly. Plus the cheese is delicious. Without a doubt an experience to repeat! Very very highly recommended!

Visit + tasting 100% recommended - I went with my friends to see the Quesería la Antigua facilities and the cheese making process from start to finish. Elena, our guide, gave us a very complete visit and perfectly resolved all the doubts that arose during the course. We finished the morning doing a fresh cheese making workshop and tasting several types of their cheeses with a little wine. A 100% recommended experience, we will repeat it for sure!!!!!

I will repeat for sure - Wonderful experience. Elena, the guide, gave us a very complete visit, from beginning to end. We started by learning how cheese is made and its entire process and we ended up tasting some delicious old-fashioned cheeses. Of course, a 100% recommended experience. I will repeat without a doubt.

We really enjoyed our time at the La Antigua Cheese Factory - We had an Amazing time at the La Antigua cheese factory where we learn so much about the cheese making process. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the process of collection the milk from farmers, to the final step of packaging and shipping their product to vendors all over including the US. We were amazed at the various types of cheese and the unique manner they are made.

A place that makes you remember, an experience 😍 - The visit we made to the Quesería La Antigua facilities was incredible, learning about the entire production process, seeing the work behind a cheese, led by Elena, was something that we really liked. But what is really special is the way they transmit it, what they make you feel, remember. A place to return to to enjoy, because I am sure that each experience is unique.

STRATEGIC EVOLUTION - A great experience. I knew the old cheese factory and I already liked it, but it is incredible how LA ANTIGUA has been able to evolve. A strategic success for the brand and a magnificent benefit to publicize sheep cheese and the town of Fuetesauco. Congratulations

We will be back - Wonderful people and a 10% cheese. Seriously, try the one with paprika flakes, AMAZING. They have treated us great. I went with my husband and we really enjoyed it. It is clear that the workers are happy, it is super important to support companies with a conscience. And if they make something so delicious on top of that, then honey on flakes (or cheese). We will be back!

La Antigua, not just cheese - What a great Cheese Tourism experience my friends and I have had. An ideal plan from Madrid in our case. You arrive at the QUESERIA and the facilities are first class. The treatment of the staff is very professional and at the same time so close and pleasant, that it soaks you in that passion and good work that they put into their cheeses, their small works of art, which at the end of the tour, delight those who visit it. They visit with a small tasting of some of their cheeses and accompanied by Zamorano wines. Then the store that they have set up with all their variety of cheeses and, as they told us, they will also have cheeses from other parts of Spain and Europe, is the unique opportunity to be able to return home and continue enjoying all the experience they offer. By the way, the gardens and space they are working on around the Queseria will make it even more wonderful. We threatened to return. Hahaha
