In this venture, you’ll familiarize yourself with the effervescent wines of Lake Garda, ranging from Classic to Charmat techniques. Beginning from the location and the vineyard, we transition to the cellar to comprehend various production methodologies, culminating in the tasting of 3 glasses served alongside high-quality cured meats and cheeses.
- Corte Fornello - We will take you to our vineyards, to show you the passion for the land that characterizes our family-run company: we will show you the different types of grapes, and our cultivation methods, with respect for nature.
You will then visit the cellars where we process the fruits of our harvest, the most modern cellars, and the cellar, where the best red wines rest.
Finally, we will taste 3 wines, the Spumante Cuvée Brut Classic Method - Spumante Cuvée Brut Rosè Classic Method - Doré Vino Sparkling, accompanied by cold cuts and local cheeses.
