A professional Italian chef will guide you on a cultural exploration where you’ll discover the secrets and techniques to creating the most delicious pizza and gelato, right in their birthplace. Over the course of this 5-hour experience, set in a picturesque Tuscan estate with breathtaking views of the nearby hills, you’ll dive right in for a hands-on experience. Gain valuable insights and learn unique methods while enjoying a 3-course meal paired with wine and beer. The package includes pickup from a centrally-located starting point. You also have the option to select from two available departure times when making your booking.

Delightful Tuscan Cooking and Gelato Experience - We loved our experience at the Florence Pizza Class with Gelato Making at the Tuscan Farm. It was absolutely delightful. The setting in the picturesque Tuscan countryside added a magical touch to the entire experience. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the cooking process both fun and educational. The pizza we made was delicious, and learning to make gelato was a sweet bonus. Highly recommend this class for anyone visiting Florence – it's a perfect blend of culinary learning and cultural immersion!

Food, Fun, Family, and Friends…Bellissimo! - We can not say enough how much we enjoyed our time with you learning how to (and actually making) gelato and pizza!
We look forward to trying the recipes at home, even though we will not have the expert direction of Florence’s finest trio (Gloria, Tiziano and Thomas), we’ll do our best!

Honeymoon adventure - These guys were amazing!!! We loved learning about gelato and the science behind it. The wood fired pizza is something we can actually keep doing at home, so to learn from the experts and be able to replicate for family and friends is great. We did this as part of a two week honeymoon in Italy and definitely can list this as a top three highlight! The views of Florence from this area are absolutely worth it and the kitchen up in the hills was beautiful. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun adventure in Florence.

This is my second time... - This is my second time doing it. It’s a wonderful experience with breathtaking views, and lovely hosts. If you are visiting France, you must do this cooking class. Lavinia, Arla and Nicolai were wonderful and very entertaining they make you feel at home and part of the family. Love love love this cooking class!

We had the best time! - My Husband and I spent 2 weeks traveling around Europe and this was the best experience and the most fun we had on the trip. The pizza and gelato we made was delicious. Better than the ones we had in restaurants. We laughed a lot and learned a lot. The hosts were awesome. They made us all feel like family. The views from the Country side were amazing. I would definitely recommend and would go again if we were in the area.

Highly recommended fun evening! - Lavi, Arla and Thomas were engaging, entertaining and organized. Our family, including two teenagers, Absolutely loved the class and we would 100% recommend it. Communication was good before during and after the class and things were very smooth. It was the activity we enjoyed most in Florence!
