Good choice - Booked this last minute and it was worth it! It was a cold day so not waiting outside in those long lines was a dream. The tour guide was very informative, funny and straight to the point. Recommend it.

Knowledgeable guide, easy entry, time to enjoy. - Having a knowledgeable guide explain the history of the cathedral made it come to life. We were able to skip the long line and enter through a side entrance, and at the end have as much time as we liked to stay and enjoy.

Could not understand... - Could not understand guide. Did not carry anything so we could find her inside crowded duomo. It was only worth getting in duomo early.

Bad experience - Our forgettable experience was when we almost missed the tour despite being early to arrive at the meeting point since people or the operator did not make an effort to identify themselves that the tour for the viator group was them.
